Again, how can a switch to Peterman be any worse?
xRUSHx replied to SaviorPeterman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
below is one example of padding at a game that is over for Tyrod to hit the magic 200 mark.Game was over opening drive of the 3rd quarter Like I said I didn't feel like it but that Pitt game really ticked me off about him. The Steelers overcame three interceptions thrown by Ben Roethlisberger to win their fourth straight and improve to 8-5 and keep pace in the AFC playoff race. The loss all but mathematically eliminated the Bills (6-7) from contention, and puts them in jeopardy of extending the NFL's longest active playoff drought After scoring in the first half on 3- and 7-yard runs, Bell put the game away on the opening drive of the third quarter. The Bills combined for seven first downs and 87 yards net offense on their first nine possessions. That included Sammy Watkins 8-yard touchdown catch set up by Stephon Gilmore returning Roethlisberger's second interception to the Pittsburgh 7 midway through the second quarter. Down 24-7, the Bills scored twice in the final 7:27 on Charles Clay's 40-yard catch and LeSean McCoy's 3-yard run with 1:25 left. Taylor finished 15 of 25 for 228 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. MINUS YARDS The Bills had minus-1 yards through two series in the first quarter, becoming the NFL's first team this season to have negative yards through the first 15 minutes. Buffalo didn't get into positive yardage until its first snap of the second quarter, when McCoy had a 9-yard run. -

Too much work to look back, tell you the truth I really don't care, I have been to enough of his games and watched him on TV to know he just isn't good enough. Gives me a headache looking at Tyrod who is just another QB in the longest playoffless looser streak in sports. Prop him up all you want Tyrod is in his last year and it cant come soon enough. -

Stats lie especially Tyrods. Most of his stats are padded stats when the game is already over. Take a look at good old Trent Edwards the same stat garbage was thrown at everyone when fans wanted him replaced. Many games Tyrod would stink up the first 3 quarters then all of a sudden in prevent D he comes alive and pads those stats, well we lost but Tyrods numbers were ok.SMH -
I tell ya I'm a little messed up from the swimming naked era. The kids used to hum that imperial march song (that comes on every time Darth Vador would get on the screen). In lunch I swear they had almost all the kids doing it, it was so loud, the teacher mods had no idea it was aimed at me or why they were doing it. I got in a bunch of fights over it and still to this day I hear it and it brings me back to that day. I love star wars but man I wish they would ban that song.

I also remember that I also remember the nurse at the school used to give physicals once a year and all the boys would have to line up to go in and cough if you know what I mean. Also remember getting that huge chicken pox shot at school
-
No BS man, I also remember after swimming was done the coach used to line us all up and before we would shower naked he would look at the bottoms of our feet. Standing in a naked line was horrible and then the coach would get his face in your junk to look at your feet. I think he said he was looking for athletes feet or something, I think it was something else now looking back at it.
-
Man swimming naked in school, I remember that. Everyone used to point at how large I was made me feel like it was a problem, man were they wrong now looking back on it. Yes it was a thing in WNY schools, I think the Catholic schools started it before the public's did it.

Wow Cutler had 5, I can see that happening here. This would be #4 so very close

SAL M: Bills WRs have no business being starters.

I love this comment, right on man -
So name a OC that has a decent track record that would want to come here and take his scheme apart just so Tyrod can have what Tyrod wants? Roman was called trash when he got fired. OC#4

Wow he is making less then 2016? I agree he is making less then what he originally signed for at first but after all said and done he made more in 2017 then 2016 so he got a raise for this. I watched all the games, was at all the home games. Had a few nice throws but any backup can have a few nice throws, see Fitz. -

Any backup could have filled in and did what he did, not impressed, sad part is got a raise to play this season. -

Bills win in spite of Tyrod not because of him. D and our kicker is why this team is on top and our QB is the reason why we are not on top alone. -
Last season Roman was fired trying to make Tyrod into a QB. Again I see no reason why he would want to work with Tyrod again. Right on man, OC#4 how many will Tyrod have before he's done in Buffalo, place your bets. .

Greatest advice ever, did this a while back and it's like heaven called and said come get your 89 women and truck loads of beer. -
Don't care who is OC with Tyrod, teams are going to game plan to stop the run and make Tyrod be a QB. The only fix for this offense and the running game is to get a QB that can throw the ball so teams stop game planning the way they are. How many OCs will Tyrod have in Buffalo when all said and done, place your bets.
-
TT with OC#4 Didn't that used be a song many years back, or was that mombo#5? Yeah sure, Tyrod has little to do with this system, ok
-
Neither will ever coach Tyrod again in my opinion. It's tough to find a OC willing to dumb down their scheme so Tyrod can run it. Teams know how to stop Tyrods simplified scheme now, stop the run and make Tyrod be a QB. It was over for Tyrod by the end of last season, he should have never been brought back. The team has been winning in spite of Tyrod not because of.
-
Didn't take as long as I thought it would. Tyrod would move on to OC#4. How many OCs will Tyrod have with the Bills, place your bets. OC#4 and maybe by years end #5. Yes bring it on, fire him, bring out the billboard. Then when the new OC figures out what Tyrod needs he can take off running out of Buffalo by seasons end when his scheme also is not wanted. SMH

Comparing “The Process” McD to Evil Rex the first 5 games
xRUSHx replied to simpleman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Offense. Rex with Tyrod > McD with Tyrod With keeping Tyrod I knew the comparisons of Rex with Tyrod vrs McD with Tyrod would happen and here it is after just 5 games. And the longest playoffless loser streak in all of sports continues. Maybe someday we will have a QB worth calling franchise worthy in this QB driven league. -
It's why many of us want him to move on from Tyrod. He can't play this system he needs a special system, proof is in the last few OCs that had to simplify theirs for him. Why change the system to make a QB that wont be around happy. I'd rather see them let this offense learn the system that will be played next season and if that makes Peterman play now so be it.I hate the idea of this system this year, change it then next season another system. Odds are even changing the system to Tyrods simplified system won't be enough to get us into the playoffs with this WR core anyway so why bother. This system is a quick release system something a QB needs to have a quick read something Tyrod will never be able to do in my opinion

I see what your saying man but I think they can make do with what they have, this wasn't suppose to be a playoff team this year. The D took off running along with our STs,kicker, I think Tyrod needs to either step up and do better in this scheme or he needs to go. I'd rather take steps back and let everyone get used to this scheme that will be used primarily next season over mashing all these schemes together in a simplified manor to help pour little Tyrod move the chains. This is the 3rd OC that had to change up his own system to help Tyrod, my god man enough already in my opinion. Tyrod is one of those special kids you just can't make happy unless it's only his way. I see a big benefit in learning this system now for next season. Scraping it could hurt next season knowledge of it because once again it will all be new as oppose to having a year under there belts in it. Trust the system but yet change it, then change it back. I'm just having trouble understanding why they got rid of Lynn then if they wanted Tyrods special system run. . . -

xRUSHx replied to SaviorPeterman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't agree man with it being the scheme, I tend to think it's because teams are now putting everything at stopping our great running game and making Tyrod be a QB. When a QB doesn't throw the line has to hold them a lot longer and we are now seeing it fail bad like in the Trent days when he also played like a deer in headlights holding the ball forever, throw the dam ball. This scheme is designed to get rid of the ball quick with a quick decision on where to go with it but Tyrod is not doing that. -
