My list is. Rosen Darnold Baker Allen And nobody else, if they can not land one of them this draft is a huge fail IMO

Same old fail different staff. I can not wait to see the fool's gold that falls to us. Got to find a QB worthy to build around, this build first garbage of waiting on a QB to fall from the sky or the picking other teams waste has had this team in fail mode for way too long.

Culture will change with new players and a franchise worthy QB. Right now we have players that are not good enough and go against the HCs wishes. If this team wins 2 more games because of this culture garbage it will again kick us out of the QB chase. The dynasty of never finding a franchise worthy QB continues. I wonder who will be the new HC in 2019 while the Tyrod is still here controlling the OCs just like Cutler did in Chicago. Longest ever playoffless streak continues. Need to go all in on 2018, culture is not a issue if your cleaning house IMO. So you would rather have two players like Tannahill and Hughes over a Elway or Kelly. Days of cheaply building trying to win now over the long term is why this team continues to stink while having another teams backup QB as our starter.

And it's why there is no reason to win another game this season

Tell them you will add in Tyrod, they would then have a backup or even a backup plain if Grap gets injuried or Graps the bed. If they don't want him add in a late round 2019 pick. Get it done, a franchise worthy QB is the goal and Rosen is the target IMO, go get him.

I called 5 or 6 wins. I did not want to be right but this still is Rex team with Tyrod as the starter IMO.

The little trade value Tyrod has should be at a complete zero by seasons end IMO. I will surprised if he finishes the season healthy. Him sitting on the bench was pumping up his trade value now if he plays like he did the Saints game they won't even get a bag of donuts for him IMO.

The bad decision was bringing the last staffs QB back to the team in the first place regardless of him coming back cheaper IMO. Bringing him back has made the room split with fans and locker room. Maybe it was his plan all along to have this argument happen, IMO this split should show McD who is in McDs corner and who is not, I just hope McD knows enough to win the fight by replacing over the letting the players say who stays and who goes. The LA game tape should show McD the Mario Williams players cancer and the ones that are in his corner fighting to stay on the roster IMO.

IMO McD knew Tyrod had zero chance to win in LA with his old OC using his defaults against him. If Tyrod played this last game he would have had zero trade value especially after the two games before even though IMO his trade value is very low anyway. Lynn had that team pumped to pay the Bills back for getting rid of him. IMO it didn't matter who was at QB it was a loss with Lynn knowing this team so well. Light a fire? He has been a starter for over 2 years and I have yet to see any fire out of him. He takes zero accountability for why the offense sputters in his bad games just because he pads his stats at the end of the game just like Trent would do, "hey look at my stats it wasn' t me that did bad" even though he didn't show for the first 3 quarters. SmH. Watching his excitement is like watching paint dry, non existent IMO.

If a player doesn't perform or play up to expectations they will be replaced with someone that will. IMO this is a evaluation season not a player verse coach like we had over the last few coaches. The only way McD doesn't make it to year 3 is if he lets the players dictate the rules IMO

Just like I said in a earlier thread bringing Tyrod back with the new staff would create a devide among fans and players/staff. This is a real problem and a player that doesn't do his job for some reason IMO brings up the Mario cancer that happened when things went south with him and his group.

Good post man, thumbs up even though I do not agree that Tyrod offense is good enough even with a very good D for a long term success. IMO it worked for a short time but now that teams have his limited scheme figured out that Tyrod ship has sailed. IMO Tyrod coming back as a starter with this new staff is why the turmoil is happening so bad. They made there bed with him and now have no choice but to either ride it or end it.

Good post man, I would give you a thumbs up but I'm out of them for today. At the start of the season I thought 4 or 5 wins, I guess I should be happy they might get 6 or maybe even 7 but I think I would have rather them just go all in on the tank and get the 4 or less wins I was really wanting so this team can truly rebuild. 6 or 7 wins wont even get a wild card so why bother. Haha, I agree with this

IMO his biggest mistake was bringing back Tyrod. Players/fans that only support Tyrod as the starter will cause the arguments and ripple effect of a disfuntial organisation and a split fan base. We already had the Rex/Tyrod vrs McD/Tyrod comparisons, knew this was ripe for comparisons before we even watched one snap. I was against bringing Tyrod back from the start after Rex was fired and here we are no better then we were with Rex/Tyrod with the same record year one. I can see this staff either failing in the exact same way as the last with Tyrod still here for a year 2 or a new era really starting and this team drafting a top QB while moving on from Tyrod. If Tyrod stays here next season IMO McD and his staff is cooked for year 2 just like Rex was with Tyrod here year 2. If it's a new era then start it already. Just like when Mario was here, nothing but a cancer to push the fail. We all thought it would be different with McD here but no it was still Tyrods offense and it turned out to be Rex2.0 because of it. I truly hope we get a fresh new era next season, fingers crossed but not holding my breathe. The groundhogs day that never ends at OBD.

Your dreaming, a bounce back game on the road for Tyrod? I do not agree, Tyrod on the road is a joke always has been but to think a bounce back was possible against his old OC? This game had ugly written all over it regardless of who was starting iMO. Lynn was licking his chops, we all know he would have done exactly what the Saints did to Tyrod, load the box and make Tyrod be a QB. Only difference was Peterman was throwing the turnover while Tyrod would have let the kicker do it for him. Sack, sack, sack, kick. Team is a hot mess, this is all about next years draft now. ..

I want Rosen here bad, for sure my #1 choice.

He will get some valuable learning experince while he locks us into a better draft position. Hopefully he learned something from his last start and hopefully the team plays harder for him, like catching balls thrown right to their hands. Not going to win with Tyrod in Arrowhead either so let the kid ride learning on the fly while the Bills being hopeful to get a draft pick for Tyrod with mop up duty keeping him healthy on the bench.

And IMO he should, Tyrod is done in Buffalo. Draft a QB in rd1 and move forward not back to the last staffs QB. Got to find a franchise worthy QB until then it really doesn't matter. IMO Tyrod should have never been brought back to be with the new staff in the first place, with bringing him back they opened themselves up to this craziness and here we are in madness. Next season see who stays and who goes, use money on some FAs from released players and have a real good draft only then this team will move forward
