I do NOT think Cutler is all that, can not stand the guy but he played a very good game against Brady. When on Cutler could be a real QB but when off can be EJ. IMO Tyrod is a false sence of security blanket. We could have all our QBs on rookie contracts giving more money to other positions, we do not need a vet QB. Hey man IMO keeping Tyrod on his contract next season will have him starting and then when they feel it's time to replace him many will not let the rookie grow and will want Tyrod to return. IMO it will hurt the rookie more then help, like Peterman even though Peterman is a late rounder not ready for primetime. IMO Tyrod is not a QB to develop another behind. You need all your QBs playing the same system, you can't have the two rookies practicing one while the other plays a Taylor made one. It confuses the line and other players when two different systems are run IMO. You want your team to grow in the same direction and with QB it is very important everyone else is on the same page the OC wants them on. IMO no need to bring back the not good enough QB. TT would have lost that game as well. They have our old coach who knows this team better then the current staff. Especially TT. Also TT got benched for two bad games in a row. My letter to McD is simple. Dump Tyrod and draft a top QB in the 1st. Create a truly new era not a continuation of the Rex era. Otherwise I can care less if your here past the 2018 season. He does not suck, he is a good backup. Can show up for a game or two exactly what backups are suppose to be able to do. He is still the backup type QB Baltimore drafted him to be.The problem is he is just not good enough to be a full season starter.

If they keep Tyrod they better draft a WR because no way any good ones will want to sign here IMO. QBs make the world go round, that's why they call it a QB driven league, the league knows this but the COT and OBD does not.

It costs too much to just keep him around in hopes the league will offer a trade, he was worth nothing the last time Buffalo was going to move on. So IMO If Tyrod stays expect them to use a later pick on a QB and use the top picks to build around and fix the rest of the team.
