Maybe by some but IMO he will be Tyrod 2.0 or Mr IR or McBeans plan F
-
I like it but no way Rudolph lasts that long IMO I agree, if Rosen is able to be taken at 7 I would hope this staff moves up in a heartbeat IMO Jackson is this staffs chance to be fired, to pick him over all the rest would be as bad as waiting for a later round QB IMO. Why get rid of Tyrod just to get another Tyrod, SMH.

Wonderlic test scores of 2018 NFL Draft QBs leaked

Haha, Jackson got a 13, wow -
Sadly, I think this mock from CBS is the most accurate...

Sorry if you got that out of my post. What I should have said in shortened logic is he will be lucky to finish his first contract let alone his first season not on the IR and his brain is a small pea. I wouldn't draft him before the second round then again I wouldn't even draft him. He could fit with a simplified system like the one Taylor runs, you know pea brains that can not handle a big play book. Cleveland should draft him not the Bills and even on Cleveland his success will be very limited with a very short NFL career.IMO the short bus guys should stick to riding the same bus. If the Bills wanted Jackson they would have kept Tyrod that way they can take turns on IR. As Gump would say run Tyrod run or should it be now run Jackson run. -
How many Franchise quarterbacks with come from this draft?
xRUSHx replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I pick 4. IMO these 4 will be franchise worthy for many years. I do not think more then 4 will be franchise worthy though. My 4 is of course the top 3 and then a projected late 1st rounder. Darnold, Rosen,Mayfield and Rudolph. -

What is your record at picking QBs? Do you watch enough college ball to even make a logical choice? So what your saying is YOU can easily see the top guys being busts and the later guys being franchise type QBs so we should all just forget our eyes that watch college ball all the time and the experts because hey 1billsfan says we do not need one of the top talent from this draft because everyone else is not correct 1billsfan is. SMH Every draft class is different just like you said and IMO every QB that comes into the league develops differently because of said QB surroundings. Like the one you brought up Grapooo that got to learn behind some say the greatest QB/coach ever. Hard to say but IMO most late rounders would do well in NE. As for Bortles he did very well in the playoffs and in the AFC championship game gave his team 40 points and almost won it. He is not as bad as you would like to paint, I think Jax will build around him and again be a playoff team this year. Carr has a strong supporting cast by his very good team and he also has a good football family that will help him develop, every class is different but also every player is different in there own way. Johnny football screwed up bad hey QB fails happens. RG3 was overused in Washington and was broken. Cousens turned out better in the long run, sadly for him not well enough for Washington to keep him as a franchise worthy QB there. Truth is IMO you go after the best talent you can get and hope it works out and the top talent is at the top of the draft because of how well they did in college that shows how well they play the game and understand it. Late rounders happen but that is very slim for it to happen on teams that need said late rounder to be great because they have no set franchise worthy QB.. Sure it happens for late rounders but more for teams with a franchise QB all ready in place. IMO go for the top talent and hope he makes it happen because of how he made it happen at his college. -
I agree, I see zero chance one of the top 3 fall that much. IMO Arizona or Miami will be very active to move up to 7 right under our noses just like the Jets did with that Indy pick. If the Bills sleep with this new staff like Whaley did all those drafts on waiting for a QB to fall to them IMO another team will spend to take said QB just like always, missed by that much. Almost had em. IMO expect the fish to take a QB with that first pick with a slight move up for one of the top 4 or if all gone I think they are also in the Rudolph talk and could move down a little then take him long before NE does. I think Arizona is big on Jackson not Rudolph but if Mayfield, Rosen are within grasp they will pull the trigger to move up IMO.

Rosen or Darnold? Who's your pick?

I am 100% Rosen but would be also very happy with Darnold or Mayfield. -

Go look at Lamar in 2016 and you will see him running all over the place. 2017 they forced him stay in the pocket(lots of reports on this) to be more of a QB and teams playing him in 2017 had to respect his running because of 2016 so IMO they had a edge over teams thinking the kid will bail out and run in 2017 because of 2016. IMO he will revert back to running in the NFL when the heat is on and could easily get injuried by the big fast NFL players with that skrony lower half of Jacksons body. He also had a horrible WLscore that could prove he is going to be a problem when it comes to having a more complex system run by a OC again pushing another Tyrod comparison. Add in he has accuracy and footwork he needs to work on and he is Tyrod 2.0 coming out of college, like it or not the two are dominate runners that need a special Taylor made system that is not too complex for that low WL test score. IMO Cleveland should really consider drafting him since they will already have a simplified Taylor made running system being run with Tyrod so all QBs are on the same type of system. -

Right on I agree very good post. IMO if they are waiting at 12 to get what is left then a pocket QB is who they will pick because it is what we have heard them say. IMO if one of the top 3 are gone I think Rudolph or sadly even Allen(I like Rudolph more then Allen and IMO so does this staff) could be the pick at 12 just to make sure we do not lose out on one. A little bit of a reach for Rudolph but it will let us keep all of our draft picks while also having a decent QB prospect. Just for the record I want them to move up for Darnold,Rosen or Mayfield but would be fine with staying put and taking Rudolph at 12, waiting for 22 for him is a huge risk IMO. I also think if Jackson, Allen and Rudolph are all available around pick 20 other teams will go crazy to trade up to jump the Bills to steal the one they think the Bills will pick. Either move up more from 12 for your QB or just take the one you want that is left at 12 decreasing the risk of the big lose out completely waiting game at 22. IMO Jackson is not the guy for the Bills to pick anymore unless they kept Tyrod because the two of them would be a package to bridge a new era. If Cleveland was smarter since they have Tyrod they should trade down and then take Jackson mid first round to compliment the Tyrod trade while loading up on other positions to really make them a young powerhouse. Edit. If both Rudolph and Jackson are left at 12 and they decide to wait to take one by taking a top LB at 12 they could always trade up from 22 to grab one of them as well giving us pick 12 and maybe pick 15 or 14. -
Bills' 2018 Regular Season Schedule
xRUSHx replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree it is for a more established team but this team has a bunch of needs and is in the middle of a new start in this rebuild IMO. I think we need two off seasons to fix the roster so I am ok with this team taking some steps backwards this season to make the rebuild that much better. I would rather keep my expectations low for this season and get presently suprised. -
Bills' 2018 Regular Season Schedule
xRUSHx replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Better not trade next year's 1st round pick it could be a top 5 pick with this schedule. I stand behind my thoughts on the Bills will be taking two steps back in 2018 and 4 steps forward in 2019 as long as QB is addressed in this draft. IMO the QB drafted will sit most of year one while McC is running for his life with this tough schedule. With next years draft picks, FA spending frenzy and a top talent rookie QB drafted this year that sat year one IMO 2019 is going to be a very fun season for sure. Go Bills -
He does not look like a top 5 pick at all in your video you added.

If Allen was taken early 2nd round that's different IMO but to take him top 10 after all this moving to watch him fail is even harder to swallow if they could have had Rosen,Darnold or Mayfield and ended up taken Allen over one of the top 3. How could anyone not see his accuracy issues, big deal he is big and a strong arm, sadly hitting the side of a barn standing still is a issue and if our scouts have pushed for Allen over the top3 (Rosen,Darnold,Mayfield) they all should be fired.
-
El-stinko that will have to el-sitto and then more then likely become el-busto. Nothing but EJ hype for him, well if he can get better he could be great, blaaa, either you have accuracy or you dont, no thanks for top 10 pick but top of second sure let's see if he can learn anything. Top of second bust won't hurt as bad as a top 10 pick bust would.

Move up now and then tell the Giants if you get any offers then the Bills will make it better and move up more otherwise 5 is perfect unless the Giants are going QB and most I have heard the Giants will not take a QB at 2. Yes move up now before another team does it like the Jets did to us. If they move up for Allen I will lose all respect for this staff.

Mayfield to the Jets or just smoke?
xRUSHx replied to ProcessYaDigg's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No matter what the Jets will get one of the top 3, it is where the Bills should have been for this draft but the Jets were quicker to the trade. Just like always OBD is late to the party. I think Allen is smoke every team is smoking. If some team isnt crazy enough to take him in the top 6 I think he will fall hard in the 1st round with Jackson. Allen is a big white dude with a very good agent so his stock is higher in hype for a lazy scouting team IMO. IMO Allen and Jackson are project QBs that need a bunch of work and should not be taken top 15. IMO Jets are happy with any of the top 3 and more the likely Mayfield is the one at 3 left standing. IMO Cleveland is who the team that could wow everybody and take him. -
100% in support of a dome in downtown Buffalo.

Haha, funny that Payton said this considering he is one of the teams wishing to be getting one, esspecialy Mayfield.

5th Graders in Webster NY want the Bills to select Lamar Jackson.

Right on man. He is a big project that should not be taken in round one
