Truth is a new OC EVERY SEASON regardless of how you try to sugar coat it.

Tyrod can have the L, its the big L we have every season with Tyrod as the starter, the L that tells each OC with Tyrod to get Lost. It's the same L our new OC will get with Tyrod, why? Because there is not a OC that will ever keep a job with Tyrod under center.

Why it is the same old gibberish of making excuses as to why Tyrod has had a new OC every season he has been a starter.

Add in this team has had had a new OC 4 straight seasons with this starting QB and I dont see any good OC wanting this job.

What makes no sence is regardless of how you few try to sugar coat it Tyrod has had a new OC EVERY SEASON.

Time will tell and I hope you are right and hope I am incorrect. Just worried about history repeating itself.

Sure is a theme here, a new OC every year but the same failed starting QB.

So your saying a new OC every year for Tyrod is not a problem, got it. No trend here of course it is the OC at fault not the QB year one of both staffs. SMH

I have no idea if he does just throwing it out there considering this is all happening again. Whaley was talking big about the QB purgatory but yet he never found one, does OBD have the keys to the car and refuse to let them go? With Russ still around and the same talk happening with this so called find a QB fix I am thinking the internal problem could be one that has been here a while calling the shots since it is the same thing with this new GM. Starting QB still here with new staff after not being good enough. OC fired again year one of new staff. GM talks big about finding franchise QB but settles for lower talent year one. GM talks big about one not being on the roster in year two. Just saying the same old story makes me wonder if it is the same old Russ calling the shots.

IMO Same type of gibberish Whaley used to sell about finding a better QB just to fail everytime waiting on a gem to fall to him in the draft. I used to think the QB problem was all on Whaley but now our OC again got fired year one, it sure looks more like a OBD internal problem. Sadly I won't believe Tyrod is gone till it happens otherwise I am expecting our new OC will be fired year one like the last 3 with Tyrod and within the next few years a new staff is needed again because of the same old QB woes of not good enough fail at the most important position in football. The purgatory is real sadly the problem is more of a OBD problem not the GMs that want to fix it. Russ you do not know QBs, stop it and let this staff move on to a top talent from the draft before this staff also is fired. Many hope he is gone, sadly he is still here. We will know soon just not soon enough. Past history suggests he will again be the starter with another late round QB brought in to pretend they are addressing the position while overpaying for another not good enough.

Haha, just like Tyrod. He gets his OCs fired year one, year two, year three, looks like year 4 will be no different considering he is a easy scape goat to blame with past fail.

Hard to get a good OC to sign here with a starting QB that needs his own Taylor made scheme and has for two straight staffs got his OC fired year one.

Right on man but the OC got the blame again. OC#4 for him, I wonder if this one will even make it through 2018 with him as the starter. I always thought it was a Whaley problem with the QBs here but it's looking more like OBD has been controlling the QB strings now that the same cycle of fault is turning the same way as the last staff. This off season will really put it all in perspective that's for sure if he stays. Sad how the last staff fired the OC after one season with Tyrod as well. .
