It would be yet another epic QB draft fail for this team if all 6 of those become HOF QBs but we end up with another Watkins/MD that did not help this team get to the promised land at all. A real good draft with 5 or 6 real good QBs and the Bills sit on there hands not pulling the trigger for one? Sounds like the Whaley days and the puratory of never having a legit QB on the roster.

Great well thought out post More like a team that always waited for a good one to fall to them and then misses out, decade after decade, Brown anyone? Then to decide to be going all in on a bad QB class for EJ a QB they moved back to get while adding Kiko as well. This is not a bad QB class, this is the time to go get one of the top prospects with a good 5 worth moving up for.

Lessons? Brady is not one to ever put in such a post. Foles did not get Philly to the playoffs, Wentz did. Bortles is a top pick and has had plenty of big moments to be in the playoffs. He is not all that but better then how you portray him as. He just went head to head against a HOF QB in a away game and came out in top. On to the AFC championship game. Keenum is playing great, sometimes a good enough QB comes out of nowhere but he did not start the season for them either.

You build around a QB. You must have a good prospect to build around to truly start any kind of era otherwise all we have is what we have had not good enough and new staffs every few seasons. Trade up and get us a QB to build around that is worth calling a franchise worthy prospect so maybe this staff c an last more then 3 seasons. Stop avoiding the most important position in football. You build around a solid talented QB not the other way around. Let the QBs come to us, sounds exactly what Whaley did all those years and he never got a good one that way because other teams don't play the waiting game unless they already have a good one on the team. Waiting around is great when you have a good starting QB, we have one of the lowest ranked throwing QBs in the NFL, they better move to the front and stop messing around with the most important position in football or this staff will be the next out the door. Fans have waited long enough for OBD to go all in on getting one. Give us a QB to be proud of not these QBs other teams laugh at because they "made him be a QB". You say picks picks picks. I would rather have quality over quantity. Bring in 30 players and only 2 make the roster and you still need a QB how did moving back to get more picks help at all?

At one time or another you must have seen a video made where a scary face jumps out at you when your watching? I think it is why he never watches videos anymore. Hate it when a scary face jumps out at you. Haha If I am not mistaken Buffalo is ranked 6th in rushing this year. Currently 5 other teams that are leading the NFL in rushing also have a QB that throws the ball. The argument that well we run the ball more so of course we throw less is not a good one considering these teams have good passers as well and still have better rushing. Jacksonville Dallas Philly Carolina Saints Tyrod ranked 40th that is about where I would rank him overall as a current starting QB.

Yeah ok, I did laugh and say hey he got lucky every once in a while years back. Get open? Haha, he has had plenty open in normal QB standards but Tyrod open is enough to fit a bus in. Remember any backup in this league can get a lucky throw here or there. But we all should know by now according to the COT it is never Tyrods fault for his fail, its everyone else's. On to OC#4 because OC#3 failed at making him a QB. So nice having a QB other teams make fun of because they made him be a QB. SMH

Hey look at that he can get lucky every once in a while years back and I was at that game but. How about we talk about a game in 2017 where I for sure left by halftime. Nov.12,2017 Photos: The Associated Press By Matthew Fairburn | mfairburn@nyup.com Orchard Park, N.Y. — On Wednesday, Tyrod Taylor was asked if he was ready for the Buffalo Bills to get into a shootout against Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints. Taylor didn’t hesitate. “Definitely,” he said. On Sunday afternoon, it quickly became apparent he and the Bills were ready for no such thing. The Saints held up their end of the bargain in the shootout, scoring 40 points. The Bills’ offense, meanwhile, was a mess. Taylor led the team to a field goal on its opening drive and then never scored again. In fact, the Bills didn’t even reach the red zone after that first drive. For every punch the Saints delivered, the Bills couldn’t answer back. Taylor 56 yards passing on 18 passing attempts. He didn’t throw a touchdown and had one interception. With just over four minutes remaining in the game, the Bills put rookie quarterback Nathan Peterman in the game to mop up the mess of a 47-10 loss.

Haha, Tyrod is home watching the playoff games on TV after his big performance of one FG in the wild card game while Bortles went to Pitt and out played a for sure HOF future QB for the right to go on to NE for the AFC championship game. Bortles is so bad he has had four 300 yard games this season how many has Tyrod had this season? Bortles has more 300 games in one season then Tyrod has had his entire career. I agree Bortles is not some kind of great QB but he is for sure a better QB then Tyrod will ever be just looking at this season alone. Your funny putting completion percentage on there considering how little he throws it. Let's say Tyrod throws it 3 xs in a loss so he gets a 100% on the day but BB throws it 40xs but only gets a 50% for the day but gets the win, who showed up to make it happen the guy that pushed to make it happen or the guy that didnt want to throw it because he was protecting his stats over pushing for the win? Winners find a way to win a game while losers are home with a towel on there heads.

Jim Mora Jr talks Rosen, Darnold, Mayfield
xRUSHx replied to peterpan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I am not one that knows the draft value points but IMO more then a 5th would be needed to move up that many slots to 15. I was talking about a modest move up of 15 over a big trade to get into the top 5 pick that would cost a heck of a lot more. Sorry I can't help with how much it would cost, we do have plenty of picks this year to be able to do it and then some though. -
IMO Nobody is going to pay him what the Bills will be paying him this coming year so yes he will gladly stay for that kind of money for one year IMO. I don't think he wants to stay after throwing his race interview out there but $$$ talks at this time of his career so IMO it is all up to OBD if he stays. He is also under contract so he has no choice. If it was my choice he would have been gone with Rex.

Is having a franchise quality QB essential for
xRUSHx replied to KingRex's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You need a QB to at least score when needed, to step up. 3 points by a QB in a big game is not a good QB that is just not good enough . If we had a QB that played just a little better the Jags great D wouldn't have advanced in the playoffs the Bills would have IMO. -
Haha, hey man ok career killer is a bad way to put it for Lynn but to not keep a job as a OC in Buffalo past one year is more of what I was trying to state. Looking closer at them right now in 2018 OC#1 no longer a OC but a TE coach OC#3 has no job Oc#4 on his last leg in the NFL so Tyrod could kick it out from him after his first season like all the others. Now OC#2 is still kicking. He has a HC gig, the question is does he keep it considering he was handed a talented team with a franchise QB on it. By the start of 2019 they all could be out of the job of being a OC and Tyrod could be getting ready for his 5th OC. As for OC killer, he is definitely on tract.
-
Hey man all I said is Tyrod has had a new OC EVERY SEASON and the COT jumped to sugar coat
-
OC killer for sure man
-
He is still here. Haha, I bet the COT is real cool with it. I am not cool with it at all.
-
So Brady had a new OC for 4 straight seasons the first 4 years of his career as a starter?
-
This is a thread about our new OC, the new OC that is Tyrods 4th so this is a thread to talk about our new OC that as of now has Tyrod as the starting QB.
-
Haha, now you stank? No matter how you sugar coat it, Did Tyrod have a new OC EVERY SEASON?
