I'd make the trade to swap rookie contract over Tyrods, let the Browns fire there OC next year, it would be nice to see a OC here longer then one season. Kizer/Peterman on rookie contracts fight it out to be back up to our newly drafted 1st round QB.

Rex did so well with the Jests he got fired and got the same job here. Coaches move around the league. All I am saying is Lynn did not get a promotion from the Bills, he got a offer to continue as HC with different team, just like Rex. He got fired from team A to go do the same job with team B, not a promotion. If Chargers are a better team how come the Bills made the wild card and they did not?

I agree with the second paragraph but the first paragragh was Rex giving the promotion because he fired Tyrods first OC and IMO Lynn was the only OC wanting the job. Lynn's second promotion came because we needed a fill in to finish off the Rex firing. Lynn did so well at it they did NOT ask him to return to the BILLS to continue at it. He was FIRED and then got another chance at it with a different team. Just like many do.

He got fired from the Bills. Many coaches get better jobs after getting fired. Let's not pretend he got a promotion here, he got fired from here, not asked to return, that is FIRED. Many assume we are going all in on getting a better QB, sadly after so many years of fail at OBD at pulling the trigger on one we could be talking QB again next off season again with Tyrod still in the fold here.

Got to have a QB that can get the job done, one that can use a full playbook. How many years has Brady used no names at those same positions. Build around a real talent at QB first. Sadly I agree

Again with blaming the fired coaches and not the limited QB that made them change the scheme to a more simplified one. SMH One would assume OBD will learn someday it all starts with having a QB that can run a full playbook. Not the limited Taylor made 3 point scheme. All comes down to having a QB that has the skills to make it happen. That is willing to hang it out to drive that team to a win. Without it you get conservative Taylor made of not good enough. Scheme of a limited QB. Tyrod is a QB that needs to be carried, sure would be nice to have a QB that is good enough to run a full play book. I would trade all the way for Rosen/Darnold and be blown away. I would trade for top 7 for Mayfield and up a little less for Rudolph. Everyone else I really do not care enough about to move up, we need a QB top priority. One of those 4 would make me jump for joy with the first pick anyone else will have me throwing things.

Yeah OC #1 was asked to fix Tyrod in year 2 for I think it was 2 games by making more out of such a simplified system used in year 1 so teams didn't figure him out so easily, Tyrod failed so he got fired. OC#2 was let go and not asked to come back to the team, many coaches get let go (FIRED) and get re-hired from a different team, sometimes in a bigger roll. Let's not make it out like he got some promotion from the Bills, the Bills let him go, Fired. OC#3, yes he was just fired. OC#4, if he has Tyrod I expect him fired before the end of year one. OC#5 to finish off 2018, then 2019 CUTLER look out your record of 5 before being let go could be broken.Blame game continues, it is not the QB it's evwryone else. SMH

So your in the blame the WR crew and blame the OC crew, got it. I am in the it is the QBs problem crew. After 3 OCs IMO it is easy to point the QB way regardless of the WRs here that are not as bad some would like to paint. Those bad WRs were shown wide open on tape all season. Tyrod is a special little QB that needs a special made system, McD ran a system he wanted all QBs to run not one QB this way and the others a different way it is how good teams run. Tyrod can't run a NFL style system, he needs a college simplified system, it is why he is just not good enough and no team will ever trade for him.

Teams figured out Tyrod by the end of the season every season it is why every OC was replaced. Each new system gets simplified (dumbed down-Taylor made), it only takes a short time to figure what makes it tick. All comes down to just make him be a QB IMO. OC#4 will be no different. He is what he is, NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I want better and this team to move on, he is not worth keeping at that price tag.

Big difference "Taylor made system". IMO If a HC wants to dedicate a entire special system to one QB not good enough while teaching other QBs a different system it will in the end fail the exact same way in finding a franchise worthy QB. You need all QBs on the same system, it is why other teams value him lower and is why NE continues to be able to trade there backup QBs for more then what Tyrod is worth.

Cassel had those years in NE behind Brady so IMO that alone gave him a little more value. He also is a QB that does not need a special system made for him. Tyrod needs a Taylor made offense made just for him so IMO to pay that much of a contract the Bills have for him for a QB that needs a special Taylor made system I just do not see it, let alone to give any draft picks for him. It is why last season no team was willing and the same will happen this off season.IMO IMO A team will add him to the roster but Tyrod will have to get paid less and learn to play the system all the other QBs play otherwise he won't stay on even there roster. That is why I think he won't even fetch a 7th round pick. If you factor in Tyrod has had a new OC every year shows even a system made for him proves he is just not worth all that much if anything for such a one trick pony.

If trading him was a option they would do it, sadly for OBD he is a overpriced not good enough backup that nobody wants to give a draft pick for just like Fitz was so IMO they will not get anything for him. The only way to move on to 2018 season is to do what they did with overpaid backup Fitz, dump and move on.

Is this a joke? He showed up? When did this happen? When was he good in 2017? Every game we won it was the D not Tyrod. Deny it all you want, Tyrod did NOT led this team to the playoffs. Our D led our team to the playoffs with some big help from Cinci, if it wasnt for Cinci we would have not got that wild card. Tyrod was benched for a reason this season, because he stunk and stunk bad.

OC#4? SMH, maybe OC#4, maybe he will get OC#5 by the end of a even more horrible 2018, it would be so Billsy to once again trot not good enough at QB once again. It sure would prove the QB purgatory is more of a OBD problem then the GM/HCs that have failed here for so long. If they are banking once again with blaming another one of Tyrods fired OCs then the head coach and GM can start getting there tickets ready to get kicked out of town land with all the other HC/GMs that have made the exact mistakes of avoiding the QB position while trying to build the rest of the team first. IMO look at the QB track record here, nothing but fail since Kelly. Truth is without a real QB a staff is on its way out within 3 years regardless of a fluke wild card year1.
