  1. Well I'd rather get punched in the stomach than kicked in the nuts... I'd prefer neither ??
  2. It excites opposing DBs/secondaries though. They would be marking "Buffalo bills" as "stat padding to get paid" days.
  3. Yep. Tre white, poyer and Hyde are pretty fast too.
  4. It's kinda like cars. You can bet your bottom dollar that Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla is going to run forever and be reliable, even if there is a lemon from time to time. Vs Chevy cavalier/Cobalt/Cruze/whatever small car name they use. Sure there have been some reliable vehicles in the bunch of Chevy cars, but overall, it's a safer bet to go with the Honda/Toyota vs the Chevy for reliability. Honda and Toyota are the top picks in the draft, Chevy is the late round flyer. I drive a Honda. So does my wife.
  5. Rivers has done a bit with nothing quite a few years. His defense tends to be crap, and his receivers' roster kind of rotates a bit year to year. He's very good. I would call good career successful.
  6. I'm just busting your chops. I was a big bledsoe fan and was excited when we got him. I loved watching flutie play too.
  7. I would eat my shirt if the browns trade #1. Although it would be very brownsey. If sashi brown was still running the show, I think it would be more likely. Dorsey? Don't think so, at least not without "going Ditka" I would be very nervous, but at the same time I'd be happy we took a risk.
  8. I think he's smart enough to hopefully have a backup plan, or think on his feet and adjust if the plans don't work out.
  9. In the middle. Optimistic that I believe he was concerned that if he jumped to #3 , it left room for the bills to be jumped over, and was going to wait until draft night to pull the trigger. Pessimistic that I can't bring myself to believe that it's all in his plan to be sitting where we are now. The Browns aren't trading #1, so why not have #2 secured by now? I'm sure he'd love to but just hasn't gotten it done, maybe no fault of his own, if nobody was willing to trade.
  10. Right? I had some dude on another thread calling me an idiot because I told him he was nuts after he said Rudolph was ABSOLUTELY the NUMBER 2 BEST QB IN THIS DRAFT... I thought he was joking. He wasn't.
  11. Vick in his prime and Vick at aren't the same thing. I'll ask again: Were you dropped on your head as a child?
  12. We're you dropped on your head as a child?
  13. And proceeded to have one of the worst offensive performances in recent memory
  14. They said they have no problem sitting on him. This hasn't changed yet. If anything it's more likely now they will keep him.
  15. Foles will require a first and a fourth AT MINIMUM according to the eagles. He's on a team friendly contract, obviously can play well in their system, and they aren't positive about Wentz return date, which gives them even more time to let him get back to 100% with foles on the roster. Everybody seems to think that the eagles are desperate to trade him. They aren't. He's not a "more likely option" Foles is not a "long term option" either. Why can't people grasp this concept. Agreed.
  16. Jesus. Mack and roquan in gruden defense. My word. That's scary. I know I was joking with the guy saying he'd rather Peterman than Jackson or Allen.
  17. So what you're saying is you'd rather tank ?
  18. You aren't going to get a franchise QB without a risk, even if you tank for #1, you might not get the#1 pick, and that year no QB might be great even if you do. You can't sit on your hands for decades. Agreed.
  19. then why isn't it done yet? he has no deal in place.
  20. Agreed. Although guy on another thread says he's the #2 QB in this draft, and I need to "open my eyes"
