  1. Agreed. If he's mentally I'll, needs to get help and get right, and I hope the Bills are there for him. Heck, even if he dropped some bad acid, I hope he realizes his mistake and moves past it.
  2. Here. I'll string your idiot chain together for you. Zay has a family history of mental illness. He may very well have been on drugs, or he may very well have just had a psychotic episode manifested from mental illness, or a combination of both. We don't know yet. Your completely dismissive and obtuse statements regarding not just Zay, but mental illness in general, is sad and completely off the mark. I hope you or those you care about never have to experience it first hand. I have worked with the mentally ill on many occasions in my career, as well as in my personal life. It's tragic and heartbreaking. As I said, we don't know about Zay yet, and it really might have just been a drug issue, but your comments are way off the mark regarding mental health in general. But you didn't just not going him the benefit, you actually made a straight judgement comment assuming he was in the wrong. His family has documented mental illness, wouldn't surprise me if he did as well. Also wouldn't surprise me if it was just an idiot move. I was more referring to your complete generalization on mental health in general.
  3. Mental illness isn't an excuse, it's a cause. There's a difference.
  4. Relax. It's why I asked if you actually just wished harm?? I actually responded to you later and said that it didn't jive with the rest of your post. What do you mean by a hand up vs hand out? I have volunteered at many soup kitchens, habitat for humanity, let my friend live rent free at my place when he lost his job and got evicted until he got back on his feet. Also in regards to vets, I did some pro Bono work with the wounded warrior project (I'm a PT) Oh and my wife is one of the project managers for the local workforce development, which includes job training for those out of work, helping with the local federation of the homeless, and finding jobs and giving job skill training to out of work vets. Is that enough for you?
  5. You are a !@#$ing idiot.
  6. Family history of mental illness. Many of these things don't manifest until late teens or early 20s. He could very well not have been on any drugs.
  7. Bipolar actually can manifest hallucinations.
  8. So is that like the "Madden curse"? Thanks for fixing it jt. I assumed, after reading the rest of the post, it was a typo.
  9. Did you just wish harm on others/their families?? Zay also may not have ingested anything, his father's side of the family has a long history of mental illness. HUD accounts for over 500,000 homeless in the USA, with about 25% being children, and with roughly 39,000 being veterans of the remaining 375,000+. About 10%. Just giving you a #. They all matter though, are all human. It's pretty sad.
  10. Peterman says hi from The land of pick 6.
  11. There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
  12. Will the charges get DROPPED!!?
  13. Right. I would rather "go big and bust" than sit on our hands. I would rather take a shot, and have the guy be bad, and bottom out, than not take a shot and have him be great elsewhere while we sit at 8-8, in QB purgatory. Now, if we moved up, took a guy, and he sucks, but the Jets too the winner at #3? I'd be mad at the scouting department, not at the trade up.
  14. ??? Of all the QBs in history, you picked him to throw on that trip?
  15. Let's get both
  16. Maybe we can get ochocinco?? He's probably better than our other WRs
  17. From scouts on him: "Still, questions persist. In addition to his mobility, scouts have doubts about the arm strength of Pennington, who threw for 4,006 yards and 38 touchdowns last year. When asked about the criticism, Pennington merely shrugs his shoulders." Pennington absolutely had a weak arm coming out, and that's why his injury was so bad for his career. losing velocity when you already have subpar velocity is a death sentence.
  18. What?? Chad Pennington?? Pennington had a huge arm strength question coming into the draft. Darnold does not. They aren't even close to each other in terms of strengths and negatives. Rosen and Geno Smith?? Seriously you're not even doing a good job trolling.
  19. Miami likes Baker. I don't think he will get by Miami. The other teams can still jump too, as you said. Allen won't make it past the top 6.
  20. Kuelchy loved star, said he gave him a ton of room to work as a LB, so I'm hoping his "numbers" aren't all he brings to the table, but more what you don't see, like eating blocks. So copy-paste?
  21. Nobody wanted him. That's why we got him cheap, after every other QB signed. I don't think he was a bad signing, and he might wind up being solid, but if we start 2018 with AJ mccarron, Nathan Peterman, and a low flying , late pick rookie (Mike White for example), then the front office failed at securing the #1 off-season priority: franchise QB. Sure, one of them MIGHT turn into a decent QB, but that's a miracle, the reality is there is a higher % chance of them all being bad.
  22. If we draft Rosen or Darnold I'm okay with it
  23. No. He said: ""And the only thing that came to my mind was this kid is five times better than I was when I was at Virginia Tech, only because he was going against Florida State. I remember how difficult it was for me to make plays against Florida State. What effort had to be put into getting first downs, scoring touchdowns" The dude I'm disputing said Lamar was "five times better than Vick in his prime" That's a big difference than "when I was a Virginia tech"
  24. Vick was in jail age 27-29 He had arguably his best season as a pro when he went to Philly after his sentence. I ain't hate Lamar by the way, but to say he's better than Vick in the prime of his career is just absurd.
  25. 35 year old draft history is useless. Heck, 10 year old draft history is basically useless. The league has changed dramatically in regards to the passing, including what is looked for in a QB, what they are capable of. This, as well as scouting techniques, high def game tape, advanced metrics, etc. Seriously, nobody with half a brain gives a crap about the '83 draft in regards to how guys were drafted.
