  1. Right. They are currently selling low though with his injury last year I think their best bet is to play him a few games and show he's healthy, unless they can get a good pick this year for him obv Oh he's definitely getting a fat contract. I'm just not sure it's from the Giants.
  2. He's worth nothing if he walks next year
  3. They also have a chance to completely implode with all the "eccentric" personalities, and be the 2018 NFL version of the old "jailblazers" from the NBA
  4. Christ I forgot Landry was there. That's very true IF they love Darnold, which this would give them Fair points
  5. IF things stand pat (as in Rosen doesn't have a major injury or commit a felony before the draft) and Rudolph goes before Rosen, I will eat my words.
  6. So Browns drop back 1 spot and get Beckham Giants get to move up and take a guy they would have gotten at #2 anyway, unless browns are going Barkley and Giants want him
  7. I will say that the NFL dropping Papa John's like a bad habit shows that they don't care about the protests at all, just their perceived stance and it's affect on ratings. He ran his mouth and they said bye Felicia.
  8. That's interesting. They're all swimming in $$ either way.
  9. That could be the case, but inflation of mechanise and ticket prices could also affect that. I'd like to see the total sales and ratings #s, not the $$ from it, by the end of it all.
  10. So me being called an idiot, for saying 4 gone by 10, is starting to look like I was right.
  11. Any dent to their wallets is something they pay attention to. I will reiterate that I have zero problem with the protests. I give the players props for doing it, and taking the risk of knowing it could affect their employment.
  12. Yes I do I think he should sit a year and learn If he starts right away he will have a hard time learning Agree completely Correct
  13. I think there's a lot to it I personally know a dozen or so longtime NFL fans who cancelled NFL package and didn't watch at all because of the protests I live in a fairly liberal area of NY It's all a part of it Stop acting like it didn't affect their ratings at all
  14. Lamar isn't afraid to sling Again I'm not sold on him in the NFL, but I am not into guys who work outside the pocket a lot. That's just my. He's def a better prosect than tyrod was coming out though.
  15. I don't disagree with you, but the owners know they are at the mercy of ratings and fans.
  16. And his comp % has increased each year, 59.1 % this year, 57% career He also has increased his passing yards every year, and threw for over 9k yards in 3 years, over 7k in the last two years alone. I don't feel he's the best QB, but to say he can't their and act like he's Tyrod is absurd.
  17. I don't think so. I'm not saying it's right morally, but it's just the way it is. Alcoholism/drug addiction/domestic violence are "lower on the totem pole of intolerance" than "disrespecting the flag/America/military", meaning that the first list is more tolerated than the second list, especially in a primary conservative fan-base. *For the record, I DON'T think he disrespected America/flag/vets and I believe what he, and others, were doing is 100% okay by me, and I didn't have a personal problem with it. I also fully believe in the NFL/owners being within their rights to not employ somebody who could be determined to be bad for ratings, as well as their right to tell the employees to not make political statements during the games, or they may face repercussions. If I start protesting in the parking lot at my job, I'm going to lose my job*
  18. No, for it to be your own prediction, you must believe it to be true. If you don't believe it yourself, then it's not your prediction, it is a prediction that you do not subscribe to. But let's not argue the semantics of "prediction" anymore, especially when there are more pressing matters, like the idiocy of the op.
  19. Which isn't illegal. Their entire business is based on ratings and public popularity. Choosing to exile somebody who could impact ratings is not illegal.
  20. That's not what a prediction is. A prediction is something a person believes will happen. You cannot have a prediction that you, yourself, feel is wrong. Then it is not a prediction.
  21. Which is saying that you believe they will get drafted in that order Your thread title is "prediction Rudolph will get drafted before Rosen" That's cut and dry.
  22. Actually, your title says that Rudolph will get drafted before Rosen. That is the exact definition of saying they would get drafted in that order.
  23. On what basis? He actually CAN and has thrown very well in college.
