  1. Team's defense literally went 180 halftime during the chargers game after McD basically benched leslie and took over the defensive playcalling.
  2. I don't. My buddy and I were talking about the $5k post. His response: "Being a Bills fan for over 25 years, I have made it a point to never, EVER bet ON OR AGAINST the Bills. this is a game the Bills historically win. We constantly win games we have NO business winning, then take a dump in the games we should win. I wouldn't be surprised if we dominate them this week, dominate Green Bay, then lose to the texans and the titans, because that's what we do"
  3. Defensive side of the ball especially. I think McD calling the shots is working better. He basically hand picked many of his starters, so I think he's using them properly now.
  4. That's why he reminds me of Favre. Big, strong armed kid who just goes out with his balls out. Zero effs given. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but don't pump the brakes, because it's not how those type of people succeed, they just need to be let loose. (he's also more athletic than favre ever was, but just the mentality and the cannon reminds me of him)
  5. I've noticed this. I wonder if he's trying to not overthrow his receiver, and winds up shorting it??
  6. Exactly. I'd rather cut it loose and keep going. Vikings have a good offense, and a good defense. Can't just turtle. GO GO GO.
  7. He wasn't signed, it was a trade.
  8. Interviews make him seem like he's at an all time high in terms of confidence. I think he's delusional.
  9. Don't worry, he loves himself enough for everybody. Dude legit thinks he's a star WR.
  10. Let's see what the RB trade market looks like. Probably not too hot.
  11. That's why mine is across the living room, far away
  12. Conversation which you joined was in regards to "baker" not being a common name in the NFL, with there only being a single person EVER first named baker in the NFL.
  13. No they don't, because there are 16 players with the first name of "sam" or "sammy" in the NFL, and one with the last name sam. there is ONE baker.
  14. I voted Cardinals as well. I actually think it's a coinflip, and I'm not sure that we aren't the worst team in football, but, as you said, we can probably pick one up against the Titans. Mariota might not be playing, he has a nerve injury to his throwing arm, which might take a while before he's ready. He has numbness in his throwing hand. Currently, they are throwing Blaine Gabbert out there. So there's that. Their defense is really good, but, Blaine Gabbert might be the QB. So I went with AZ.
  15. There's another baker on the browns? Just stop man. There are currently 3 players with the name "baker" in the NFL. Two are last names. Budda Baker of the cardinals (safety) Jerome Baker of the dolphins (LB) Baker Mayfield of the Browns (QB) NOBODY is confused if there is a football headline talking about "baker", especially in Cleveland.
  16. Yeah but there are zero in the NFL Zero in NFL history if I'm not mistaken
  17. Umm Baker isn't a common first name He's the only one in the NFL currently And I believe the only one ever
  18. From article: "Ultimately, the coaches and front office believe Brown wants nothing more than to win, I'm told, and are confident that much of this tension will dissipate if/when the team gets back to its winning ways." Winning helps players overlook issues in many cases. When the wins become less frequent, the tension rises. Saw something the other day (maybe it's in the thread) about Brown's contract, and how it's basically untradable, unless he turns into dareus 2.0, and the Steelers are willing to eat $20+ in dead cap to read him for 30 cents on the dollar.
  19. Look at Hollywood. Gunn was fired from Disney as the guardians of the Galaxy director and writer for some bs joking (albeit poor taste) tweets from like 10 years ago. He just wrote and directed two of the biggest blockbusters ever, and was in the middle of production on the third, and was still fired, even with the entire cast siding with him!!
  20. Marino and Peyton have the lowest sack% in NFL history of 3.13% It's a strange stat sometimes Some of the other guys on the top of the list suck (Derek Anderson, for example) Overall it's a pretty good indicator of quick decision making, but also has a lot to do with your oline, your receivers, and your play style. Aaron Rodgers, for example, also Steve Young, were scramblers who have a higher sack%, but both of them had very quick releases. Just rambling about interesting stuff
  21. People arguing that he didn't even see that guy Even if he didn't, he made a correct decision and hit a guy with a great pass directly into his hands The tight end sucks and can't catch That's not Allen's fault
  22. He hit a guy in the have across the middle. His decision was fine.
  23. Hmm... If that's how they are setup then okay.
  24. How exactly are they a "trade organization" they are a privately owned company (save for the packers) who employ people to play a game. they aren't several private companies, they are one. there is no competition against them to "fix prices".
  25. Which team is not private? Packers right?
