I would say you have to be one or the other. Some schemes value the versatility of a great blocking dual threat te, while that is clearly overlooked if the te is a matchup nightmare in the receiving game. -dual threat Or -matchup nightmare Cook is neither. He's a below average blocker and an above average receiver.
