As a play-by-play announcer, he’s better, but average. I agree with the notion that his emotions sound forced at times. I swear there are times he’s calling something that I wonder to myself if he hasn’t practiced the call in front of his bathroom mirror before.
I’ve lived in Tampa, where the announcer actually sounds like a pirate and is a gigantic homer. I’ve also lived in Minneapolis and Houston where their announcers are also over the top homers. If i had to live with one of the four, it may actually be the guy in Minneapolis. Andre Ware is the color commentator for Houston and is as dry as can be. Sometimes I wonder if the play-by-play guy doesn’t have to
wake him up to have him comment. Kelso is far better. I love RJ. There’s just no one like him.

Good announcer, terrible radio show

My understanding is that the entire point of executing the play they did, was so in the very instance if the ball is dropped, that it counts as an incomplete pass.
I hope the Bills ask for clarification.

Has anyone found an article/clarification on the fumble play? seemed pretty clear it was an incomplete pass.

You cut a vet who doesn't have to go through waivers because you need a DT for the game.

He is hard to listen to. Rambles, cliches, run-on questions. I stopped listening to Murphs show.
Hope he doesn't need the money, that job can't pay more than 30-40k. I would hope CBS is paying him more.

Gruden loved Peterman coming out. If AJ is fine, bundle Peterman in a Mack trade.

Some undrafted kid for a camp arm. We already have 2 reasonable options. AJ will still be in the room as a "vet" presence unless they release him.

Whats out there? I think they like Connor McDermott and they have Newhouse as a tackle options. Whoever loses the Bodine/Groy battle will be the interior guy along with 5th round pick Wyatt Teller, thats all the roster room there is for o-line.
DeBeer hoping for the practice squad.

Whats also driving me nuts is if you close the app and re-open it, sometimes it remembers where you left off, and sometimes it goes back to home. Really annoying.

The only way I would trade for him is a Brock level trade where we take on the salary dump and they send us Bradford and a second round pick for a 7th or something.
Otherwise the guy isn't worth it.
