I'm not convinced he's as good as Tyrod is and that's not making Tyrod that high on my list just realistic assessment of good I think Nate is. So, we either go out and get a vet or move up in draft. If it's the latter we may very well take a step back for a year. Not sure I want to give up our first round picks plus for a quarterback when this team needs so many other things. Foles would be big risk at reported asking price. Maybe AJ as free agent signing best bet.

Not having a strong like or dislike for either quarterback I am wondering what Peterman has done to make so many fans seem to be sure he's any better than Tyrod. I like the move first because I don't think Tyrod is long term and we may as well see what Peterman has not because I think he's better but we need to find out if he is. Second, I never thought we would make the playoffs anyway and not only because of quarterback play. This team has problems offensively and defensively. A lot of fans think our defense is good. I don't share that opinion.

From what I gather he is,character wise, not what seems to be good for us. Many will point to Jim Kelly and say he was arrogant and what not, but he was also one great quarterback. Chad I don't think talent wise compensates for his character issues.

Sorry but unless you took part in these meetings you cannot say who wanted TT and who didn't. Sports reporters can't either. Sorry but I get sick of people stating as fact what they "have heard". Talk show hosts opinions are nothing more than debate/conversation starters. Very seldom does one alter my position or opinion anymore than if the guy at the bar offers an opinion. Having said that I think keeping Tyrod was the obvious move for the team to make and offers more than any options of FA or the draft for the next two to three years.
