There was a bar near the Broadway Market we used to get served at 16. Moe & Eddie's.

After a friend and I fixed the garden tractor for his 'all thumbs' father, we were soon sitting in the Ridge House tavern drinking draughts and having roast beef on hard rolls.  I was all of 14, my friend 16.  I think the food legitimized it in my friend's dad's mind.

It was also a time where a lot of parents had the attitude "if you're going to drink, we'd rather you drink at home."  Didn't happen all that often, it was pretty much whoever's parents were out of town, that's where the 'Fridaynightbash' was.'

Gruden did this in Tampa also, I think at one point he had 5 QBS on his roster. Got a bad QB that was a high pick? Gruden will take him. Got a QB Gruden said nice things about? He will take him. There hasn't been a qb born that Gruden can't fix, in his own mind.

Sort of sounds like the used car dealer that takes in the dealer trades that nobody wants...then a month later sells them off to a used car lot in Guadalajara, Mexico. ?

Here's feedback, because your footwork sucked. It sucked at penn state and it sucks now. You look like Frankenstein on benzos dipped in solidifying concrete.

No, not the next Brady...the next Bledsoe!

What country was it from? Do they even exist anymore?

Lol, gotta love when a manufacturer specifies sizes that are not standard

Did the manufacturer also advertise being the leading manufacturer of odd size drill bits?

Your definition of 'standard' wouldn't measure up in a number of trades related occupations.

Still waiting for his promised last segment with Schopp and Bulldog!

He promised those guys a long time ago that he would come on and do 1 last segment with them once all the craziness surrounding his K and retirement blew over.

I don't think that's going to happen now.

I think Stevie Johnson missed about every other week's segment when he did the same sort of Monday interview with Shtupp and the Bulldog.  This might be the only one that Eric Wood misses, and now that things are settled, I wouldn't be surprised if he does a final interview.

So is this how you moderators get down here on TwoBillsDrive?

Start up accounts under different usernames that touch on a similar topic so that you can then merge them under a different thread title?

Was taking the 'Prediction' aspect out my original thread title and replacing it with a title that suggests the thread creator is impulsive and unthinking that important?

Peterman gaining too much traction in the off-season?

It's good to go out on a limb and make a prediction, but when it gets too real you guys collude with one another and take it upon yourselves to reinvent threads?

Have never experienced this myself or heard of such a thing happening to another on any sports forum that I've ever been on until now.

    Interesting.

Except for readers conflating clickbait with quality. Make any topic into a “Top 5” list and it would get more views than Woodward and Bernstein breaking Watergate.

Sad, but true.  We have a culture now where 'tl,dr' is considered an acceptable response and reaction to journalism, and a digital newspaper where the 'Smiles At' galleries are looked upon as news.

Not sure what's up with "theme days".

One theme day will be 'Vox Populi':  Only fans in attendance at SJF will vote by secret ballot as to who will start at QB on opening day.  256,519 votes for Peterman will implicate Russian hackers, bots, and trolls...and Burple Bull.

Well, he can run a lot faster.  ?  Also, LJ’s arm is a howitzer compared to Peterman’s.  Whether or not either of them can be consistently accurate in a NFL game remains to be seen.

It's settled then.  Jackson delivers the pizzas.  10 minutes or less thanks to 40 yard dash results.
