In my posse of Bills’ fanatics (ex SBs, AFC Championships, Playoffs, 20 year Season Tix holders during the Glory Years, one intensely dislikes Kelly for his personal, off the field life. The rest of us don’t discuss it. Kelly has grown, through his own trials and tribulations, to be a better man and a full time Ambassador to Buffalo. I do wish he would do one thing (and apologies if I missed it). I’d like him to do a Health commercial, perhaps in conjunction with his Cancer Care medical people, on the evils of chewing tobacco- especially young athlete boys! Any of us around from Kelly’s arrival know he did so. Oddly,the Internet appears to be scrubbed from those early pics. It would be a great, community health service.

Allen is simply a freak of nature! He has now thrown 2 scrambling TDs, the latest cross body, as he was going out of bounds. How many bodies has he leaped over now, for big gains 4? Able to throw 35 yard dimes to win games in the closing seconds. Takes off like a gazelle past the hole the DE has left by coming long on the outside. I am now never surprised by what he does and the command presence he exhibits in closing moments- willing himself to lead the Bills to victory. By years end, he will be close to the Top 100 QBs ALL TIME for Passing TDs & Yards. A very successful Playoff run puts him into the Top 10 of both. Never before seen.

Those were stupid, give up decisions,where the only goal was to reduce the embarrassing final score. You knew, just like the Pats knew Thursday, you were NEVER getting the ball back from Allen… in time to do anything about victory. 2) The reverse futility times. Under present and normal circumstances, Allen is going to beat the Cheatriots 9 of 10 times! He is the new superman and they surely- are not! They are now the Bills’ whipping boy. The 2 teams have reversed 180 degrees and if you’re a Cheats fan, you just know,you don’t have the talent anymore! The Bills do. 3) Allen… should he continue without serious injury, is going to Canton! He will eclipse Marino’s ALL TIME total TD record for the first 5 years. L’il Mac is at best, a very average QB, presently about 1/2 way in NFL QB talent. He will never have it in the clutch and I stand by my prediction,that the Cheats will finish last in the z division this year- because of him!

I went crazy last night at the bar about this! So what, if the ***** ball moves when the player hits the ground, as long as the football doesn’t hit the GROUND! It never did. Poyer caught the ball, went out of bounds in possession and the ball moved slightly IN HIS HANDS when he hit the ground, the ball itself never touching the ground and strides later ! On the Offensive side, when the WR is going down and makes a football move to spike the Goal Line for the TD, by crossing the plane, the act of the spike should never, ever eliminate the TD! Just as it does not for an RB! ***** up rule.
