  1. This is a good time to "consider the source", but that doesn't mean I don't like what I see/hear. Edit: Although a reasonable counter point is that Palmer would be taking credit away from himself by touting Allen as naturally gifted over being molded (not that both can't be true).
  2. I’d love to see the terms of the deal Beane made with McShay to post this. Bet he fleeced him.
  3. 6-7 QBs will be drafted in the 1st round.
  4. Assuming you’re being sarcastic? Unless you think you can make a strong case for Allen, Diggs, Sanders, Beasley, Dawkins, Morse, Williams, Hughes, Oliver, White, Poyer, or Hyde?
  5. I think a case can be made for Singletary, Knox, Ford, Feliciano, Butler, Addison, or Wallace as it currently stands.
  6. Warren Sharp looks like a character on The Sims whose name is just “Zest”
  7. I’d be happy with that draft, especially rounds 1-3.
  8. Like I said, Walter is limited in that his reports aren’t very detailed and he often is missing some relevant prospects, but it’s an ok snapshot so long as it’s not someone’s sole source.
  9. This will obviously be unpopular, but I’ve enjoyed walterfootball at least just to get a basic idea of the draft class through scouting reports. Definitely supplement with other sources as he regularly is missing relevant prospects and does not keep things super updated.
  10. I have undersized DE issues still from Maybin
  11. Could do a heck of a lot worse than Knox/Hollister/James
  12. My first thought was Aaron "Mayhem" Maybin. Didn't like the "football player" or the *ahem* "rapper"... My second thought was Vontae Davis. "Who?" Exactly.
  13. tldr but I think drafting any 30 year old is tough to justify
  14. Gonna watch this right after I’m done folding the dishes
  15. I only want players willing to literally die for a game of football
  16. Remember liking him in the 2016 draft. His walterfootball draft profile fwiw: Tyler Ervin, RB, San Jose State Height: 5-9. Weight: 192. Arm: 30. Hand: 9.13. 40 Time: 4.41. Projected Round (2016): 4-6. 4/26/16: The diminutive back Ervin is a return weapon on special teams who has played some cornerback as well. The senior averaged 5.4 yards per carry in 2015 for 1,601 yards with 13 touchdowns. He also had 45 catches for 334 yards with two scores. In his career, Ervin has three kickoffs returned for a score and two punt return touchdowns. He did not stand out in Mobile, but he was very fast at the combine. Ervin could be a late-round pick to serve as a third-down receiving back and returner.
  17. That’s who came to mind for me, too
  18. All I’m saying is I wouldn’t be shocked if he scouted him in Carolina.
  19. Am I reading this correctly if I see 5 of the top 6 easiest schedules are the AFC East teams and Tampa Bay?
  20. It would not shock me if Beane was involved in scouting Obada only a month or so before leaving Carolina.
