  1. Imagine if he wore gloves!
  2. To stay with theme: https://munchies.vice.com/en_us/article/these-silent-snacks-were-specially-designed-for-noisy-cinema-eaters
  3. Regardless of age, Boldin keeps producing at a high level. Would take him as WR3 without a doubt. Unfortunately unlikely he would come to Buffalo.
  4. The reason you thought that is because Pro Bowls don't mean anything.
  5. If Ducasse & Mills: "Buzz, your right side of the offensive line... woof."
  6. Decker might be his teammate and Taylor... used to play for the Ravens?
  7. Most cuts wouldn't be all that surprising, but some mild surprise might ensue from cutting Tolbert, Holmes, Brown, and/or Schmidt. Possibly one of the rookie linebackers.
  8. Not giving up on Ragland by any means. The scenario was if he's completely out of place in the 4-3, and considering we will probably will only have 3 LBs on the field a low amount of the time, estimated at about 35% of plays (see below), why not try and get some value at a place of need? I should have clarified that it would not be Ragland for one of the guys on the initial list necessarily, but someone who would be a pretty solid WR2-3. "The 2015 season was the seventh straight year for an increase in the number of defensive snaps in the NFL with five defensive back or more on the field. Per Pro Football Focus here is the percentage of plays in NFL games with five DBs or more on the field in every season since 2008: 2008: 43.4% 2009: 45.1% 2010: 48.8% 2011: 52.5% 2012: 54.4% 2013: 58.3% 2014: 60.3% 2015: 63.4%"
  9. So, $5.75M/year for a top-end WR2? If it came down to money, then we made the wrong move, assuming no medical issues.
  10. Then whoever else is the odd-man-out at LB?
  11. I guess I'm just going off that we'll probably see 2 LBs on the field most of the time, and we have Hodges, Brown, Alexander, Humber, Milano, and Vallejo. I personally cannot wait to see if Ragland can produce in our scheme, but just from a numbers game standpoint it would make sense to me. IF there's a trade partner.
  12. Ragland? If he doesn't fit the 4-3, plus we play more nickel, and if a WR is available...
  13. $5.5 per year for a top-end WR2? Yeah, if we didn't offer more, then I'm disappointed. That, assuming no significant medical issues.
  14. Anquan Boldin has been undervalued most, if not all, of his career. No reason to think, even at 36, that he'll start not to prove everyone wrong. The guy's a pro's pro.
  15. IMHO, for the Bills: Anquan Boldin > Eric Decker
  16. In the context of the quote to which he responded: jmcraig44, on 12 Jun 2017 - 7:20 PM, said:
  17. I generally like Taylor, but he is not the bolded phrase.
  18. Believe Williams was quoted as saying he wants to go to "a Super Bowl contender" so somewhat doubt he would be willing to join the Bills. I would be on board for the signing though.
  19. Out of curiosity, what is the highest $ amount you all would have given to him? Before we get the Ravens deal figures. Personally, gotta feel if we did not match anything below the Woods-Rams contract, I'd be at least a little disappointed.
  20. Most teams don't have a "back-up rb" so it would make sense to care about the 2-3 guys who will carry the rock regularly. However, we have McCoy.
  21. Thought we should get him last year after he caught 69 for 789 yards and 4 TDs, and think we should get him this year after he caught 69 for 584 yards and 8 TDs. Therefore, I fully expect him to visit and leverage us before re-signing with the Lions around training camp.
