  1. More like Nathan "Put-him-in", am I right?
  2. Heard from a Lions fan that, while GRo was not amazing by any means this year, he was still serviceable once Decker went down. Probably only released because Decker is just about ready to return.
  3. Love them. Love the color. If you're going to go for color rush, then go full color rush.
  4. But Taylor can't see over the O-line. Am I doing it right?
  5. Get him at $5.5M/year and call it a day. Probably not, but maybe given how down a year statistically he is having.
  6. As much as obtaining a franchise QB is paramount, a guy will struggle to be a franchise QB from the PT pool.
  7. Wonder how fast McDermott pinned him.
  8. I'm not saying he is or isn't. But I do think this is a poor game to choose to anoint him after.
  9. They were too busy reading this to prepare for the Jets D-line.
  10. With their first pick in the 2018 NFL draft, the Buffalo Bills select: "Please God, any capable OG at all!"
  11. Best bet to get the season back on track? Health.
  12. Ronnie Hillman? DeAngelo Williams? Ryan Matthews? Tim Hightower?
  13. But did you see how many blocks Taylor missed last night? I'm not sure he opened up a single hole for McCoy in the run game.
  14. I think it's a fine rule and our player should have had better situational awareness. Gotta touch the guy down. Gotta play until you hear a whistle.
  15. Saw Thor last night. Great action, enjoyable ensemble cast, and very funny.
  16. Although I associate it more with Sabres games, always enjoyed Trooper's "Raise a Little Hell"
  17. Some people are just more affectionate about their choice of pickle.
  18. At 300+ lbs, Benjamin must be able to cover most of the net.
  19. One thing I have not seen said, as this thread continues to grow, is... Jeremy Maclin who?
  20. That's what I'm saying, why not bet on yourself? I guess he could think he doesn't have it anymore, but that's a quick turnaround from agreeing to go to SF to be a starting NFL QB for 2017.
  21. I think they get an undeserved bad rap. People come on spouting ignorance and having nothing to back up their arguments, so they give them the business for it. Answering "so what do we do with the QB situation going forward?" over and over and over for 17 years has to get a little tedious and frustrating.
  22. I think a former player would tend to be in favor or players' rights.
  23. Right, I would think a starting job for 9+ weeks would be more enticing. And I made the assumption that Hoyer, even though unspectacular this year, would start over Hundley who has put up some gaudy numbers. Maybe the Packers want to use this year to see what they have in Hundley, but that makes me question why they would even try to nab him. I just seriously doubt it was to be a back-up to Hundley.
  24. I agree with what you said. I am still surprised an NFL QB passed up a starting job for a back-up job.
