  1. ...there isn't a tear in Iceman's beer tonight. Gotta be a raging flood. 38-10 SC at the break. Getting close to "mercy rule" time for OU.
  2. They played all right against Va. Tech last night. But SC is playing at a higher level and they are showing it tonight against OU. No split. No debate.
  3. ...Jason White: the Bledsoe of I-A college football. Nice throws, pal. Just throws 'em up for grabs and the SC Condoms are making him pay bigtime. 28 unanswered SC points. 21 straight off 3 OU turnovers. And what was that P returner for OU thinking? STOOPID! Leinart? Folks, you just may see him in a Felon uniform next fall playing on the very field he's toying with OU tonight. He puts a nice touch on the ball. The way this game is going, there will be no split and no debate about which team is numero uno.
  4. Agreed, JSP. Hasn't done Bo Diddley poo/Jack Squatola to remain on this club. That PI call on him Sunday cinched it as far as I'm concerned.
  5. You missed an obvious one. Special Teams: RIAN FRICKIN' LINDELL!
  6. Otis Nixon ate the big donut...what a shame. Number is getting higher for Sutter, maybe 2006 will be the year.

  8. I believe Janitorski reupped with the Faiders. Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son.
  9. Bo's got some fire in his belly. He'd be ideal to get things turned around at SU.
  10. ..."The Second-String Slip-up".
  11. Tip to ABC: Don't give this guy any face time, OK? There was an AP story out today in which his attorney would not say where he's going to be sitting during the Orange Bowl Game. I hope he'll be somewhere in the Uecker seats, looking for the "real" killer.
  12. CL, humor (sick or otherwise) is the only way we can cope with Sunday's loss. Otherwise, we'd all go insane.
  13. ...after Brees, holy geez. A lot of deadwood has-beens/never-weres.
  14. ...geez, ID, from the title of your post, I thought you were going to say you saved a bunch of $ on your car insurance by switching to Geico!
  15. N(ot) F(or) L(ong), BDDB.
  16. ...hopefully more than a bag of beans from trading Reed and Lindell! (though they'd get cut before that would ever happen)
  17. Criqui & Tasker sounded disinterested Sunday, for a good reason. They were assigned to the Bungles-Iggles game, a team not going anywhere against a team that mailed it in for the 2nd straight week (keeping starters from getting hurt prior to playoffs). A real woofer.
  18. That miss was an absolute KILLER. The Bills needed points from that lengthy drive and to get none was so deflating. Up 4 would have been palatable at that point and let the defense keep the Steelers out of the EZ. Lindell has not thrilled me during his tenure in Buffalo and to miss a very makeable FG in that situation is inexcusable. Ship him and Reed out on the next train.
  19. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2005/foot...d.ap/index.html That's the great thing about the NFL. There are only 12 tickets issued. The other 20 pack up the gear til next year.
  20. Another piece of human fecal material. Pure deadwood. Cut Pukecillo's *. Cut Reed's *. Cut Lindell's *. Cut Reese's *. It isn't too early to start making cuts for '05, is it? Anymore to add?
  21. ...and they've put us through the ringer for some 40 years now (since the back-to-back 64-65 AFL titles).
  22. ...that's all we can do. Keep faith. But brother the Bills sure TEST that faith. Year in and year out.
  23. Two for 11. Very telling. Steelers were around 50%--but well above that mark in the 1st half. Randle El had way too much space to roam around and he made the Bills pay.
  24. ...that was more than a yard needed for the first down. The call for the FG was correct. Lindell was incorrect--and inaccurate.
