  1. So did Allen but why would you be expected to know that lol...
  2. Keep in mind his first idea was that 'QBs are the new RB!' Never mind that the entire concept of professional football, past present and future, stands in opposition to this moment of clarity
  3. Yes, he has a lot of work to do. No, he isn't bottom 5 if you adjust for a statistically anomalous number of drops. That was my one and only point.
  4. No, you really don't lmao you guys are hilarious
  5. You understand the concept of stats right...I'm adjusting for average. Some had more than average, some had less. Allen had a lot more than average
  6. League average was 25 drops/team according to PFR Bills had most in the league at 36, 11 over avg His receivers drop an average amount of passes last season, and he's hitting 61%comp, couple bumps in passer rating and ANY/A, higher yards by about 125, raises his avg YPG, none of them 'bottom five'.
  7. Some people think cucumbers taste better pickled
  8. You mean once I think for like 3 seconds about how he wouldn't have been 'bottom 5 in most passing categories' if his receivers had dropped his passes at just an average NFL rate? Yeah pretty easy
  9. lmao @ the idea of drafting a new QB next year there are maybe 10 people who think that'd be a good idea and they're all on this messageboard
  10. And nitpicking is the definition of quibbling about that play for sure...there's safety help over the top from Reid. That's a dead play and throwaway is the right call up 13, middle third quarter on the road in playoffs. Throw to Smith there is an INT What he could have done was seen single weakside man on Brown and checked to him, but pretty clear Daboll was doing the whole 'lets be clever and put in run package playaction and then send two least athletic passcatchers downfield' thing again...smh Yes that is well below NFL average scoring on ST and def which was the point I assume
  11. Not necessarily who I think the 'best' are, but in terms of creating the best overall performing unit I'd go with: DBs- White, Peters, Harris Jr Safeties- Fitzpatrick and Mathieu
  12. Way I'm playing right now is taking Eagles and Steelers over, Bucs under, Vikings under, Lions under.
  13. It means that comment was in response to someone saying quote some defensive/special teams touchdowns have inflated these (pts per game under McDermott) end quote.
  14. lmao complaining about the backup QB or Tyrod Taylor for that matter Peterman was a miss. These guys have made the playoffs 2/3 years in charge. And Allen's going to be a Bill for the next decade so get on board if you haven't already
  15. He's good but I take Edmunds every day over Mosley
  16. There is a TON of international travel between China and Africa. China has been investing heavily in that continent for the last decade. The reason there aren't huge numbers being reported out of African countries is due to lack of testing, not because it's not 'established' there.
  17. LVE doesn't play MLB and is injured to boot. And at this point w/mileage and age I take Edmunds over Wagner who is great but 8 years older and imo will be overtaken by Edmunds next season Also Edmunds made the Pro Bowl last season
  18. OK possibly but who would you rather have at MLB right now over Edmunds? Top of my head I can only think of Leonard, Roquan Smith, and MAYBE Jaylon Smith rn...that's where I get my take on Edmunds...
  19. Edmunds and Oliver are borderline elite imo already No MLB has range like Edmunds. His versatility outweighs his flaws which I believe will be corrected with more experience And Oliver is throwing grown men around inside like a 7 year vet, already. He is a wrecking ball and next year w/2 full NFL strength programs under his belt he's going to be a real problem
  20. So you'd say Allen got us 10 wins and the wildcard last season?
  21. Passing on Rosen for Allen (whether he 'works out' or not) is already a big mark in their favor imo
