    It almost certainly isn't Now- you CAN pass out of jumbo if that's the playcall but the reality is when you roll out that personnel for a called QB sneak there are likely zero actual checks to get into a pass play

    i was hoping you'd be able to make the simple inference if you need a new clock management specialist you need a new HC-->many coaches struggle w clock management = single worst example in recent memory(mcdermott struggles more than other coaches)-->many coaches do not in fact struggle w clock management to the same degree as the HC in mention hope this helps
