    You can never underestimate the role of leadership on a team. For the ones who've been through the trials of competition. Those few, who show the strength to lead and set by example, should be rewarded. Alexander is not "fools gold". Alexander is a player in which fans of the Buffalo Bills wish we had more of. Period

    Living in Vegas, met him around twenty years ago when I was waiting tables. He sat around for about an hour after the lunch crowd and just talked sports. Seemed like an everyday guy who loved sports. Nice guy.

    Taylor has his flaws, holding the ball too long and not being effective in the middle. Otherwise he provides a top ten QBR all season. Has displayed leadership and toughness. IMO, what was the downfall was some of the poorest third down defense we have seen. I feel we should give him another year with a healthy wr corps, and hope he can grasp some essential areas of quarterbacking.

    Gillislee is positive yards. Can't think of him having a negative carry all year. So we run a slow developing play with our worst back during a crucial time of the game.
