  1. With those two guys that is the line in the sand. You must keep them and I am confident we will. Thanks in part to not having to pay Andy money.
  2. Andy is a good guy and solid player but I'm willing to bet 80% around here would be pissed off if we gave him the kind of money that Tennessee did. But they know what they're doing I guess. I mean, they also signed Fitz right?
  3. Perhaps SJ will tone this guys act down enough to be a useful addition for us. Take him under his wing and make him a family man. LOL! Honestly though if Stevie can get with him and straighten him out enough to avoid trouble this could be an incredible find.
  4. Sorry. Mod move please! While I dont think we should have let him go, I dont think he could keep up with what we are going to be runninig.
  5. Sounds like we may need a guard. And then this... http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/08/01/panthers-release-geoff-hangartner/
  6. I didn't want to muddy the water I honestly dont recall why he had a physical with us in February and that he failed. Why would he have had a physical with us that early and then be cut? But I was passing along what I heard on the radio about the fact the redaskins worked him out and were giving him a physical. Expect him to sign today with them honestly.
  7. Right. Wrong. I heard on the radio I think, that Barnett failed a physical. Further he was taking a physical in Washington for the Redskins. Nick was a cool guy and had a great year and a bad year. Thanks and c ya.
  8. Well all this really makes me wish the Sabres hired John Tortorella!
  9. My genes don't seem to be working that well
  10. You and me both! I have that feeling that feeling too that finally, it is starting to turn around. Of course it is only the second day of camp lol I know!
  11. I was 34 last time the Bills made the playoffs and I'm now 57. Well I'm feeling that old. Welcome aboard man. Why have you waited so long to chime in?
  12. Frankly I'm a little disappointed Astro. The day the pads are going on you're taking off? That doesn't scream dedication to me! Sore toes or not! Really though Astro add me to the list of appreciative of the posts. Gives us all a lot that we wont otherwise get. Thanks to you and anyone else doing it. I will give you credit though for using tomorrows date to try to conceal your absence also
  13. Something that shouldn't be overlooked as far as the debt goes, Flying J and Pilot generate enormous revenues. I would cautiously say enough to service the debt. Of course after the upheaval after the scumbag Haslam is in a Federal Pen for fraud that may be a different story. But on their own I like the Flying J / Pilots chances as they have the market cornered for their market. My .02
  14. Well that's on him then. We've offered the franchise tag and I don't think I'm cool with that. So if it's not good enough for him so be it. I think Mario is about to do more than we expected last year and will do it for a few years after that and will (god this makes me sick) earn his money. And note to Jarius, the wings really are worth staying here for. Duffs and any local pizza joint should confirm that. If he is willing to give that up then so be it. We will get a chicken wing eater in here to replace him. I like Byrd like everyone else and maybe more. But if you tell me he's cashing in 9 million + I'm throwing up.
  15. Mario is so soft he let up when he could have finished for a sack.
  16. I wonder if their fans are screaming about this like we would? Truly boneheaded play on their part.
  17. Good stuff and good luck to you. It's a place I don't want to go based on what I've read on it. I will be stunned if he makes it back. I read something like 70% of people NEVER return to work. I will try anything to avoid this surgery but give you full credit for doing it and sounds like you are going to be one of the ones that make it back. I know that P/T doesn't do much.
  18. Oh. I don't recall it being a spinal fusion but if so I don't see him ever playing the game again.
  19. I guess that means half empty stadiums will become the norm then? That's what Nascar has been entertaining the last few years. Shocking considering how many people were attending races then that aren't now. I hope football doesn't get like that as a full house adds a lot to the experience of being there.
