  1. Well I guess that makes sense and they would already have windows then but not big sliders like the rest of the suites. Although I guess they cold renovate that whole press box area to separate broadcast and suites. Curious though that they would add suites or clubs when they can sell all of what they have now. Unless they realize that with winning comes demand. And we will be winning going forward!
  2. No I'm not sure at all other than looking at that new stadium layout that Jack provided. It seems to me that those are an extension of the clubs. It has been talked about for a few years actually of moving the press box and adding more seats there. This diagram looks to me like that is exactly what they've done.
  3. Interesting Jack. They've added a big section to both the Van and Paul Clubs and now instead of the 20 you can be at the 40 for the best seat in each. I doubt they added any extra bars, bathrooms or food in those two clubs so sadly they become more overcrowded like the Kelly Club. But that's ok I guess. The real benefits lie everywhere else in the stadium and I could be wrong, maybe they added more bars or temporary booths to accommodate the extra seats. As a ballpark I'm guessing an extra 500 Club seats. I am looking forward to walking around and seeing all the changes at the Saturday pre season game. No better time to wander the stadium than the fourth quarter of that game lol.
  4. Ha ha ha ha ha Nobody from Buffalo will ever go to a Toronto Bills game. You think the other owners are darlings as to how they came into money? You think the league would decide to allow a team to move to Toronto and then have to deal with whatever the Government would then unleash on the with anti trust laws etc.? This would be the only time in my life I think that Chuck Schumer would actually be doing good work. And to be clear for you that is the Federal government on the leagues back. Think they want that?
  5. Tip for the cops. He's in the basement hiding out and won't come up to answer the door. Again!
  6. You're saying this and I hope remembering those great teams sucked in pre season and didn't care about it right? Brandon Spikes is your guy on this team who will come in here and be willing to accept losing. And I believe El Pegual would do the same with the Bills as he did with the Sabres. Employees will be given time to prove they do belong with the organization, or not. I think there is a huge difference in where the two teams are at given a sale date. The Sabres we're going down with middling players and Darcy sealed the fate of the team. The Bills are most definitely on the upswing and the talent level has been getting better and better each of the last three years. I hope El Pegual gets this opportunity.
  7. For people bent out of shape about the renovations at the Ralph, a lot of the improvements going on are to make people happy like the people talking about BoA stadium Short lines for food and bathrooms etc. And oh by the way, per a story in the Buff News today, BoA stadium opened in 1996 is getting a $125M renovation at mostly taxpayer money. Escalators, ribbon boards and video boards are first of the improvements.
  8. Bob and Mindy Rich seem like a possibility to me. At least I've always though they could be there to step up when this moment came. Has money and very successful business that keeps growing. And I'm willing to bet he would keep the team here and commit to it.
  9. I feel like since this is already spinning as Jerruh was being sexploited there should be some beavis and butthead reply like jerruh, uh , uh you were in the stall with them jerruh, he he, he he, he he while you were being sexploited? Hope it was worth the aggravation coming to you.
  10. Fair enough but if they know this guy has a stadium plan and the other guy doesn't I think that has some sway wouldn't you think so too? I'm not sure what you mean unless you are referring to the $400M penalty. There is an active stadium site recommendation about to be released. It is something that has to be in play with a new owner and if we can believe what we've read to date this is a box checked on EL Pegual's bid.
  11. EL Pegual should go into the meeting with Mellissa Ethridge music blaring "BUT I"M THE ONLY ONE" If the bid goes to say 1.5B then someone is paying for it somewhere. King Cuomo says a lot of things. I can envision something like a $100M County $250M State and $500 in El Pegual $ Except for the fact that Goodell has already stated the team will need a new stadium and uh, they get tapprove the new owner. Don't even bother if you don't have a stadium plan as part of your bid.
  12. Or more likely the more we taxpayers will be contributing.
  13. That's it you're an elitist. 3M is still a lot. Even to me!
  14. Hmmm the team is going be sold for the highest amount ever for a team. Hmmmmm But you say a relatively low price.
  15. Paging Kirby! Paging Kirby! My favorite if this all comes to fruition is Perry St Projects. Tear down all that crap that nobody lives in except the towers I guess? I've not seen a comment from Kirby in this. What are your thoughts man? Thanks Willy
