    So from everything I've read about this guy he sounds like a great coach and sounds like the best option. Though I like Lynn, I'm not positive he is ready and would love for him to stick as the OC if Richard is named HC. Love the rugby tackling idea and seems to be an energetic guy. Sign me up for Richard as HC, Lynn as OC, Tyrod as QB.

    No. Enough losing seasons. Tanking is a good idea until you realize all it does is create a loser mentality, which is already a mentality we have. We need to get rid of that mentality, not reinforce it. I want to make the playoffs. Make it happen.

    I must be missing something on Kirk Cousins. I'm a big fan, I think he's a very good QB and I can't understand why the Skins haven't signed him yet. I'm starting to think he might hit the open market from what I've read. Does anyone think there's a real chance he hits the market and we sign him? I think Kirk could lead us to the playoffs.
