Pretty sure Jones isn't ready. So when we throw him to the wolves without being prepared and he doesn't immediately start having 300 ypg performances, we can declare he sucks then start calling for the D3 UDFA qb behind him at that point. Let's at least get through this year before we shatter Cardale Jones's dreams.

Win @ Oakland: no. Loss Pittsburgh: No if Ben plays. Loss Cleveland: Lose here and they'll be burning Rex, Whaley, and Tyrod in effigy in the RV lot. Win Miami: A W revenge game. Is it just me, or if this season continues on it's current trajectory are we staring down the barrel of a Patriots vs Cowboys Super Bowl? I know we're only halfway there, but good god, would some teams step up and prevent this? The thought is nauseating. I'd have to watch the Puppy Bowl I think... Please tell me I'm off base here.

Tyros at this point is fool's gold. He has flashes of brilliance, but if you look closer, you see that he's not what you were looking for. Too many bad throws, can't see the whole field, can't lead a team from behind. I've been watching football for over 30 years and I've seen qbs like him before. They dazzle and win here and there, but lack the consistency, vision, discipline and complete skill set to win long term. Bills are stuck with him for the rest of the year, but need to keep looking. Seen enough of EJ and don't want to see Jones ruined by throwing him out there unprepared. Hate to say it but until they solve the qb problem, the treadmill of mediocrity rolls on....

Statistically speaking, someone will sweep the Pats eventually, despite the individual game odds. Streaks don't last forever, that's why they're called streaks. They defy nature by definition. It will happen. Maybe not tomorrow, but right now the Bills have the opportunity. Go Bills!
