  1. Rip Mr Prine. Guess I'll go have a cocktail..
  2. Worthy had a good game. It happens. Can we all just pump the brakes a little bit before we fit him for his Hall of Fame jacket?
  3. 1. Acquire a WR2 who doesn't drop every third ball or disappear for weeks at a time. 2. Upgrade O-line, as many as you can get. Draft five of them if you have to. Hate to say it but Morse should retire before he does more damage to himself. 3. Do not overpay Edmunds, be realistic about his value, if somebody else wants to overspend, that's their problem. 4. Do not spend one more draft pick on the defensive line until WR and O line are addressed.
  4. When was the last time a RB centric team made the Super Bowl, let alone won it? The last one I remember was Bettis with the Steelers. Hard to keep up with teams that rack up 30 plus points a game when you're grinding it out on the ground. Rbs are complementary pieces now, not worth a massive investment. Case in point Henry with the Titans. They should have kept AJ Brown.
  5. Will most likely be long gone by the time the Bills pick. That being said I'm not sure dropping yet another 1st round pick on D-line is a great idea. Some teams believe that improving offensive talent in a league that rewards offense is a good idea .
  6. Can we just name AFC and NFC all star teams and call it a day? It's obvious no one actually cares about the game so why bother? The current system renders the designation meaningless. If I was an owner, GM, or coach, and one of my team's premier players tore an ACL playing in this joke of a game I'd be furious. It's not like the college all star games where lesser known talent tries to get noticed.
  7. Can I at least have some pudding?
  8. The Bengals came in loaded for bear with a great game plan and nearly flawless execution. The Bills picked a bad day to have a bad day. There were some bad mismatches from the start and once they fell behind it was apparent they were in for a long day. Survived some close calls late in the season, Went to the well one too many times and came up empty.
  9. Blame Frazier if it makes you feel better, but judging by average points allowed, the Bills are actually middle of the pack. Guess half the league needs to fire their DC'S. The league has bent over backwards to help offenses. Investing heavily in defense is an expensive strategy with diminished returns. Some of these teams are going to drop 30+ on you regardless, so fight fire with fire. The best defense now is putting up 35 or more.
  10. May the Lord bless you...you are truly pilgrims in an unholy land....?
  11. Also you cannot listen to the Bills games on this app, WGR reverts to an ESPN feed during the game. Some license issue I'm sure. Surprised that they don't make them refer to the Bills as the Professional Football team from Orchard Park.
  12. If he can't crack this roster as a WR3, it's probably never going to happen. We don't know what happens at practice or the personal stuff with these guys. He'll either figure it out over the summer or will be replaced by someone who can.
  13. Congrats to White for being selected. That being said, they should just name the teams and leave it at that. 3/4 of these guys won't even bother to show up for the game. Football does not lend itself to the all-star game format.
  14. Easy schedule or not, they are winning the games. Previous regimes around here have had opportunities, yet time after time found ways to lose meaningful games. The 2019 Bills just walked into Pittsburgh in a primetime game with a playoff berth on the line. They came out with the W when it mattered most. That means something.
  15. You could leave the schedules and divisions intact. Then seed the playoffs based on record and if you win a crappy division but don't qualify for the playoffs, oh well, season over. A second idea could be to abandon conferences, play half of the league each year, and simply seed the top 12 teams. This should increase the likelihood if 12 most deserving teams making it and creates the best odds for a highly competitive Super Bowl.
