Superman I - his spacecraft crashes in front of his (to be) earth parents. The truck gets a flat. While dad is fixing the flat, the truck falls off the jack - and there's little super-tyke, holding the back end of the truck up in the air.

Orlando, FL just passed a similar law. Seems a group uses the public park as a food handout gathering place. I can appreciate both sides of the argument - the people wanting to help someone out, and the folks who live and work near the park wanting to use it as a park and not a landing zone for bums.
