  1. Buffalo media are such a bunch of cupcakes. McDermott says little about getting Singletary the ball. Then follow up and ask him why Singletary got single digit carries against the 30th ranked rush defense in the league. Daboll: 8 in the box dictated. What about a follow up? Have they had 8 in the box against other teams? Is it possible in football to take what you want, or do you always have to take what the defense gives you? Ask some tough questions fergodssake.
  2. According to this guy's research he was :accurate" on 6 of 21 over 31 yards last season. This gives you a good look at all QBs and the average looks to be around 38-40%. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stat-analysis/2019/2018-19-deep-ball-project
  3. No, you don’t. The Process dictates the number of WRs who should be active. The Process dictates that it is more important to have ST RBs, FBs and penalty prone TEs active on game day than an extra WR who possesses a skill set that our woefully inadequate group do not otherwise possess. i don’t care about The Process any longer. I tried, really, I did. I had high hopes for this group but those hopes continue to be beaten down as I see the same excuses over and over. The same missteps. Results matter.
  4. The Process dictates actives/inactives.
  5. Why? Because a team backs out of its commitment. As for the joke part, it wasn't funny.
  6. Whilst I was happy to see the Edmunds sack/safety I had earlier in this game fully written him off an a long term MLB with Buffalo. Perhaps the sack/safety is a better indication of his professional abilities. Put him outside or rush end and find a MLB through FA or draft.
  7. If the first game is a blowout, it makes it easy for the losing team to pull the plug on the second game.
  8. So, you are putting all your chips on the table for the low percentage play. Thanks. and you want to replace the QB? What about the guy who keeps calling for those long balls? What about the guy who sent Beasley long? What about the guy who sent MCKittrick long? What about the guy who twice called for passes on third and 3-4 knowing that we would go for it on fourth down? Allen may or may not be the guy. Daboll is most definitely not the OC and my concerns about McDermott grow as he continues to tolerte this BS for the sake of The Process.
  9. So, winning in the NFL is dependent on what is a low percentage throw to begin with? Allen does decent (I believe) in the 15-25 yard throws so I have to assume you're talking about those 40+ yarders. 21+ yards and the completion % is only 43. The drop to the passes you're talking about would be precipitous. Maybe somewhere in the 25-30% range, perhaps lower, yet you are grasping at this one thin straw as being the thing you want your QB to be good at? What Bills receivers would you be sending long? I have, unfortunately, only two options: Brown, Foster. Beasley and McKittrick are most definitely not the option of choice for a deep ball. I would love to know how many times Allen has practiced those throws to those two specific receivers. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stat-analysis/2019/2018-19-deep-ball-project
  10. Pardon me. I assumed that this was another Latoulelei thread.
  11. If this isn't sarcasm then, please excuse me for pointing out your screen name.
  12. Is Daboll still a good play caller?
  13. When someone uses "I" three times in his opening line as @zonabb did I think that the high horse is permanent.
  14. Thanks. We consider ourselves warned. Daboll cost us the game yesterday. Everyone, aside from him, knew the formula to scoring on the Browns. He is, in a word, suckitude, personified.
  15. Why do you like walking out on commitments?
  16. GTFO of here with your crap. Go troll someplace else.
  17. 3rd and 4. You know you're going for it on fourth down. What do you do? Is empty backfield part of your answer? Allen needs work but, I cannot tell at this point whether he's worth contract number 2 because of Daboll. It is up to the coaches to put the players in the best position to be successful. It is up to the FO to surround the young QB with sufficient play makers and protection. The FO has done ok, maybe B-, the coaches I give a D-. They have until the end of next year to figure out if he's the guy (I know your mind is made up) and if Daboll is still around then the team is not going to know which way to jump. I don't want that. Hire Norv as Associate HC this off season.
  18. Hey bub, what's higher percentage, rushing for 5YPC or tossing it 50 yards down field? Daboll is the main problem on this team.
  19. They played the 30th ranked run defense who have been giving up and average of 5 YPC and nearly 150YPG. Do you not think that they played to stop the run against other teams? Guess what? They could not. ***** take what they give you. Take what you want.
  20. That this meeting hasn't taken place puzzles me. It's not like we'd be told, but we'd see a difference on the field. Give Norv an Assistant HC title this off season.
  21. Not good, but down my list of importance, but top 10.
  22. Coach McKay, how do you feel about your offensive coordinator's execution today?
  23. Holy *****, you've outdone yourself.
