  1. Which should also tell you something about how the HC values starting RBs too, doesn't it?
  2. Taylor running the ball is a recipe for the IR. Move him around? Sure. Bootlegs? Sure. Option with him? No thank you.
  3. That's what people were saying a few years ago about EJ Manuel. Who cares where he was projected to be drafted as long as it works? We hope it works, but, wishing it's so doesn't make it so. Sign Barnidge.
  4. Good read. Glass is approaching half full.
  5. Have no idea. Proof will come soon enough. To predict success based on a head coach's press conferences doesn't work. Rex won the off season with his press conferences. Hopefuly headed in the right direction, but, I'm not holding my breath.
  6. Thanks. I've listened to Cian on a couple different programs, some local and some national. Really interesting take and I was hoping someone would print some of what he had to say about Taylor. Appreciate you passing this on to us.
  7. Do you think before you let your fingers do the walking or do you just fire these gems off? What a load of crap. Whaley had warts and worked in a dysfunctional environment. He's good at obtaining talent, hope things work out for him down the road.
  8. Respectfully it didn't happen and you're making crap up. As for who led the coaching search I'm using the words of the owner. It was Whaley's show.
  9. I don't remember that at all and would appreciate a link or three so I can see who these folks were. That aside...it's one thing to fire your HC and GM at the end of a season. It's quite another to let the GM successfully lead the search for the next HC and oversee all personnel aspects of the entry draft only to fire him the day after the draft's conclusion.
  10. Any other conclusion would be lunacy.
  11. McHeadbutt comes out on top.
  12. Yes. No. A place where people say things just to hear themselves talk.
  13. Nah, he's got more Greggo in him than Dougie.
  14. Yup. Assuming that they hire someone from McD's past that person will be beholden to the HC. That dog don't hunt.
  15. And yet, the person most responsible for McShifty being the HC is the one who was fired which begs the question...if the hirer wasn't good enough what are the chances that the hiree is? Ironic.
  16. He'll have control of the roster, that much seems clear. GM will report to him, he reports to Pegula.
  17. So, coach McAgenda does have a plan and the process involves undermining the person responsible for your hiring. Beautiful.
  18. A hot mess, that's what we have. Give McShifty the power and if he can work with the current personnel department leave them be. Otherwise clear 'em out and bring in new.
  19. Would love some inside info on who was responsible for bringing coach McShifty to Buffalo. A couple months back people were saying "Whaley finally has the chance to bring in a coach of his choosing." Did he promote McBeady to the Pegula family? What does that tell you about coach McProcess if the first thing he does to the one responsible for his hiring is undermining and firing? As you say...what qualified GM is going to want to walk into this mess of an organization? I say just give all of the power to McBaldy and sink/swim based on his abilities.
  20. Cannot even believe that this is up for debate. Pick up the damn option.
  21. I like the 3 players chosen & immediate needs were addressed. I don't like future picks, but, I can live with the trade down.
  22. The each their own...I also enjoy them. He is such a schmuck.
