What I am talking about is a reportedly signed contract extension that is widely reported on. What are you talking about?
Edit...I give up. You say stupid things then are too stupid to back down. Have at it.
So you expect Washington not submit the contract? You're living in a dream world.
They won't and I wouldn't be surprised if something like that raised the hackles of the NFL for circumventing the cap.

How does that work, is the contract not signed as the link indicates?
Correct me if I'm wrong, teams cannot even temporarily be over the cap with their top 54 players. How many players would the team need to cut to get under the cap?
I'm with you. Talented guy, but I wouldn't take him by trading up. If he fell to 21 (he won't) I'd consider it. His on field attitude just does not look good to me. He reminds me of a younger Smoking Jay with his body language.
Really nice work, thanks. One thing it points out are the deeper positions, for example, you have 10 WRs projected as round one or two, DTs go a bit deeper etc. Appreciate you putting this together.
The rule is the problem, not replay. When everyone watching a game knows it's a catch, it's a catch. They have convoluted the rule so much that it has become embarassing. That's squarely on Rog's shoulders.
