I'm not sure what the point of this thread is? 16, 17.5, 22, somewhere in between, somewhat lower, somewhat higher...one of those statements is correct. So, what's the point?
Agree with this caveat: do not undervalue the position (and I don't think they will). What I mean is don't forget that qb is the most important position in major sports (IMO). Don't be crazy, but, also don't think that a qb that you have a 2nd round grade on will be there come your picks and so on round after round. See your guy, get your guy realizing that qbs are over drafted every single year. You wait, you lose.
I disagree. I do think that the expectation is for him to start this year. Could he not? Most certainly, but in my mind it is 80-20 in the opposite direction from you.
Any credibility to this “projection?”

Still, the only thing that folks could quibble about is the word likely. Maybe he should say possible?
i was shocked (in a good way) when the numbers came out on this deal.
I am a firm believer in the “see your guy, go get your guy” method of drafting, especially where QBs are concerned. If Beany and team have one guy then they must get him. If they have all grouped closely then they can wait. If they think the top group is over valued they can wait. The nice thing is we do hold all of the cards we need to do whatever they choose.
What is the minimum amount that can be donated? Based off of his posting history I think that this model is more appropriate.
