They are his opinions. This board is full of opinions. Well, if he's not lost then his map doesn't incorporate the most direct route to the ball carrier. Would you at least agree that he appears overwhelmed?

He's actually getting $17.1M this year. Huge waste of cash. Overpaid for him big time which I said at the time of the signing.

Takes good angles? No. Has good instincts? No. Makes strong contact with ball carriers? No. Tries to run around blocks? Yes. Tries to circle in to make tackles? Yes. Often hits the wrong hole? Yes. Kid has a ton of growing up to do before he becomes effective. Of all my concerns the biggest is his apparent lack of instinctual play. Can't teach instincts no matter how big, strong and fast he may be.

Ah, the spot they lost it, but that's not the same as where the ball went out of bounds. Irregardless, that's a bad idea. I could live with giving the offense the ball at the 20 or 25 with the down based on the prior line of scrimmage. If it was 3rd and goal from the 3 it's now fourth and goal from the 20 or 25. If it was 2nd and 10 from the 50 it's now first and ten from the new spot.

So you want to award the offense six points for fumbling the ball? Out of bounds you get the ball at the spot so...
