  1. If he held on to the ball on the pass from Barkley with 10:47 remaining, we win the game. If he breaks up the two interceptions, we win the game. And, wasn't there a halfback pass from John Brown to Zay that he dropped? I used to really want to see him succeed, but it's time to move on. Throw more to Knox, bring up the Duke and trade/sign a sure-handed receiver.
  2. I don't agree. Please read and review this analysis of our previous games and tell me that the Patriots weren't ready to try that. https://www.nbcsports.com/boston/patriots/film-doesnt-lie-bills-showed-punt-block-confusion-earlier-season-patriots-capitalized BOJO needed to recognize that he wasn't blocked and either call a time-out or make the pass. But, what occurred, made me sick!! PATHETIC!!! That right there is how we get out coached.
  3. Yeah, it's really frustrating because the deep ball should have been at least as good if not better than last year. I really thought having Brown and Foster and Beasley would open up the deep ball. But, so far this year, his throws have been really off. Today's game, the underthrow to Zay was bad, more because he didn't see the defender watching him. Now, I also put that on Zay because he was watching it the whole way and didn't do a dang thing to even try breaking it up or tackling. Pathetic. Now, the short throws have really improved especially adding Beasley and Brown. Perhaps more practice on deep balls? I know I like practicing going balls deep!!!
  4. As mentioned, this kid is a keeper!! Well spoken and LOVES this team! We need more like him!
  5. Exactly!! I was thinking the same thing while watching the Bengals game. The two-fist combo of Sweeney and Knox is going to be hard to beat. Plus, I never cared for Gilmore. He's going to give up a big play and blame someone else!
  6. I wholeheartedly agree. While he's a bit of a diva, to be added to this Bills defense and build one of the best all time defenses is extremely tempting. And, would truly give Buffalo a boost that brings them to NE/KC's level. I say let's do it. But, have a talk with the young man and feel him out and determine if he's team-first or Jalen-first. Many have joked, "oh, he'll end up in NE." If he's such an egomaniac, how would he handle BB compared with St. Dougie? It's all on him and what he really wants out of football. I think coming here might realistically get a Super Bowl ring. That's worth the cost, to me.
  7. 100% agree. I still, to this day, would rather have Kelly over either one!!! I always loved Kelly's attitude, toughness and ability to rally the team. Marino and Elway were WAY more ego-centric. I think Kelly was too, but more-so early on. But, I think the Bickering Bills in '89 straighten out his goals and approach to the game.
  8. I've always heard it said and truly believe that defense wins championships. High scoring offenses are great, but make sure you got that crushing defense first!! '85 Bears, '01 Ravens, 70's Steelers, etc....
  9. OK, you're fat, bald, ugly and dumb. But, you got character. Character goes a long way.
  10. I was thinking the same thing. Definitely need to read more into that decision....
