  1. I believe it's more constructive to call it bias instead of cheating. We wouldn't have won without that last pass interference call. It was the right call, but they wouldn't have called it if they were really trying to make the Rams win. We won't win anyone over calling the game fixed. Better in my opinion to treat is as a bias that can be flipped with enough evidence and wins.
  2. Allen is clutch. McDermott and Frazier have some soul searching to do.
  3. That was absolutely a good PI call. It was a Davis touchdown if he weren't interfered with. Finally they get one right.
  4. I thought so too but the replay from another angle showed the ball was definitely out of his range.
  5. Awesome play by Allen. He can pull this off if he stays cool.
  6. The Houston game should have been the learning experience that prevented these kinds of games. All 3 games this year have had the same problem. We're just playing a better team this week.
  7. Another poor play by Edmunds and Henderson walks in.
  8. Yeah this isn't even a "trend" at this point. You can set your watch to it.
  9. Commentators just said there is no such thing as horse collar for a QB in the pocket. Didn't know that but it sure looked like Donald got him in the face first.
  10. Yeah people don't understand the effect that blatant bias has on a team's mentality. Knowing you have to play against the refs and the other team is really tough. You walk on eggshells and the other team does whatever they want.
  11. Man we need a better #2 CB. Kupp was lighting us up when Tre was on Woods and now Woods is lighting us up with Tre on Kupp. Edit: nvm Edmunds was in coverage on Woods on that last one and White just gave up a TD. Defense just falling apart everywhere.
  12. Kroft had possession of the ball first, contested to the ground, then came up with it and they still gave it to the Rams. If anyone thinks there isn't an anti-Bills bias every single week they aren't paying attention.
  13. Edmunds being back isn't really helping us. He's been bad today. Milano has been solid though.
  14. Definitely OPI but calling that an interception is either incredibly incompetent or incredibly biased.
  15. The other video shows the angle better. The defender definitely would have had a good chance to tackle Moss. McKenzie is facing away from Moss for a significant amount of time so I don't think he would be able to know exactly where Moss was to set up a misdirection like that. He just knows from practice and watching the defender where he's supposed to set up for the block.
  16. Yes, I disagree. As does almost the entire football world and the actual video. Just look at the still image from the replay below. McKenzie is STILL facing more to the Dolphins end zone and that's AFTER the collision spun him toward the 25 yard line. His last movement right before contact is about a 4 inch lean toward the defender (who is, again, coming from a 45 degree angle) so he doesn't get run over. McKenzie is 5 inches shorter and 40 pounds lighter than the guy he was blocking. If you expect him to not even brace for the hit, you're just rooting for him to get injured. I really don't know what your agenda is here, but it's certainly not player safety.
  17. The defender is coming at him from a 45 degree angle. McKenzie squares up and stops moving well before contact at that same angle. The defender runs into him at that same angle. You two do a little too much drinking today? Maybe sleep it off and then watch the replay without it spinning around on you.
  18. Wait are you seriously saying he was facing his own end zone? Is this just an elaborate troll job? And yes, we all got the joke. I think we're all just more concerned that one of our fellow posters seems to be having a psychotic break.
  19. You have to know the rule before you can give a ***** about it. The rule says he must be facing his own end zone or parallel to it. He wasn't. It's even in the name of the old penalty you referenced. Crack back. As in, back. As in, blocking back toward your own end zone. Not forward, like blocking forward toward the opponent's end zone, which is just called a block.
  20. Okay technically there is always a risk of injury on any football play. However, this was not as dangerous of a play as you make it out to be. If you would watch the replay you would know that. You would also know that he was facing the opponent's end zone when it happened. Weird hill to die on, man.
  21. In this case, protecting players is just about coaching them to be aware of their surroundings and keeping their head up. You can't remove blocking from football. Remember Landry's hit on Aaron Williams? That's an example of a blindside block that needs to be removed from the game. He ran and launched himself into Williams' head. McKenzie was no more than a tackling dummy on this play. Or a sled dummy I guess. Sled dummies are harder to move. Regardless, they're still stationary.
  22. Did he get destroyed? Watch the replay. He might have gotten the wind knocked out of him, but there was no risk of injury there. He just bounced off McKenzie. It's not like his head changed direction on the hit.
  23. They weren't interpreting the the rule at all. That's the problem. If the referee called intentional grounding on that play, would you say he just interpreted the rule that way?
