  1. They won't even sniff the playoffs if they keep playing like they did today. There is only one game left that will be an easier opponent than this one.
  2. And now that Kincaid is injured (again) we have the unstoppable duo of Knox and Hawes!
  3. How is that any sort of reflection on the player? If they want more bang for their buck they need to involve him more in the game. You're proving my point that it's a coaching issue more than a player issue.
  4. How do you know Samuel and Moore are garbage? Samuel: 6 targets, 5 receptions, 62 yards, 1 TD Moore: 14 targets, 8 receptions, 115 yards, 0 TD Those aren't bad numbers. Samuel specifically has been very efficient. And the eye test tells me most of those are on broken plays rather than designed play calls. The problem is our OC wants to force plays to Coleman even though he's by far the least efficient receiver on the team.
  5. Gabe was good with Daboll and Dorsey, two OCs who value a downfield passing game. Even if he were still in his prime, I doubt he'd be successful with Brady.
  6. Probably. They got 7 years with him. All of the coaches in the drought era got less than half of that with terrible QBs. There are also very specific things (13 seconds) you can point to and say "we were going to the Super Bowl with almost any other coach in that position."
  7. Oh come on. They [Patriots] famously never had any top tier WRs. The only one was Moss and that was one of the years they didn't win the super bowl. Edelman played special teams until they could coach him up to be a full time WR. I've been thinking, though, with the instant success of Drake Maye... Everyone debates whether it was Brady or Belichick that was the main driver of success in New England. What about... Josh ***** McDaniels?
  8. I mean, that's probably still true. But you need an OC who can scheme it up. Ours doesn't seem to even want to try that.
  9. This Bills team with competent coaching would still blow out this Dolphins team with a -2 turnover differential. The difference is they we ready for this game and we weren't. Which is on par for this coaching staff.
  10. While I don't disagree, half of them are practice squad players. What's the offense's excuse for zero points?
  11. I will, sort of. Dolphins were clearly prepared to stop the run and Brady has no answers for it. Also, Cook should not be getting 350 touches on the season. Ray Davis and Ty Johnson were great last year. Where are they?
  12. You're right, but that doesn't mean Brady is excused from having any semblance of a passing game. Plenty of teams have done more with less. The deadline is over. They need to work with what they have, but they clearly aren't qualified to do that.
  13. I'm not a Beane supporter but it's not his fault Shakir, Moore, and Samuel have 1 target and 0 receptions combined. Brady shares as much blame as anyone for this embarrassment.
  14. Obviously neither of those teams were going to trade to us. Was Beane just wasting all of his time on these players? Because Shaheed was available for cheap. Although, I'm not sure I would have even wanted Shaheed because Beane and McDermott are clearly not on the same page regarding receivers. Beane had a meltdown on WGR because he was upset people weren't respecting his free agent WR acquisitions. And yet, those acquisitions have barely been used by the coaching staff. So I really don't have much faith in their strategy as a whole when it comes to this position.
  15. Wow great game from Allen when they actually let him throw the ball (read: in the 1st half) and great game from Hairston and Bishop and Bosa on defense. A few coaching blunders on both sides of the ball kept this game much closer than it should have been. Very sad about Hoecht. He looked like he completely changed our defense.
