Good luck to them both. Tough timing for him being on campaign but I’m sure he will be ok though he’s in a couple higher risk categories with age and obesity. Would you say that CA is locked down? I would. But restaurants can do takeout. I would say PA is in lockdown but restaurants can have 50% capacity in some places. Sweden already has rules in places, and also many recommendations (that people are following by and large). If you restrict people's behavior, you're locking them out of things. It ain't rocket science but if you want to dicker on how we use "lockdowns," have at it. Sweden is considering "additional freedom-restrictions."

Funny timing. Sweden considering lockdowns too. Sweden has lots of Covid rules in place and a citizen base that complies with the guidance suggested by their CDC-equivalent. They are hardly "wide open," but they are more open than other places.
