The plane was also in Naples on Saturday. Sorry to burst a bubble. -

Bills have not gotten burned on blitzes. Bell will be better for sure but that's not a driver of this move. -
Exactly. If Arizona cuts Jordan Phillips and we can pick him up at less than 12M/year, Beane's texting him immediately.

The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19

Are you watching hospitalizations? They are way up. And if 1000 is your threshold, we were 33 off yesterday. There is a rise happening, to my surprise. Where it tops out remains to be seen. -
Final Vote—All States, Progress in counting

The issue with online conversations. Negative insults >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> respectful discussion. -
Belichek has shown many, many times how adaptable he is to different approaches. They also ran a no-name WR system for every year before and since Randy Moss was there. During that time, he was the focus. They also never ran the QB until Cam Newton. They never dished out big money on a shutdown corner until they did and that guy's now one of the best. Belichek would use him.

Final Vote—All States, Progress in counting

Is there a thread anywhere about who confidently predicted Hillary to win in 2016? People must have dedicated tons of bandwidth to the easy Clinton victory. Be fun to see who was posting a ton about this and sharing confident forecasts. Search engine for Trump and Clinton turns up way too much noise. -
The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19

This guy, Gummi Bear, once so arrogantly confident in his forecast of new lows in October and herd immunity developing now admits he was wrong. “Seasonality worse than anyone predicted” he says. And then dedicates 20 tweets to Fauci bashing. You know who said we’d see a seasonal rise? Fauci. Always fun to revisit predictions. For the record I thought we’d continue to bottom out too. Turns out Fauci was better at predicting this than Sohshin, Magox, or Gummi. Happy to take the lumps. -

You obviously didn't watch the game last night. When the Bills have consistent pass rush, I'll yield the point. -
The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19

The viral particle is usually contained in respiratory droplets. Most of those droplets are larger than .5 microns or fall to the ground easily before 6 feet. Are masks perfect? No. Do they help contain the spread of droplets especially from the person expelling them? Yes. Do you keep ignoring this explanation? Yes. Thank of it this way. A mask is like the other team's offensive line and the droplets are like the Bills pass rush. They ain't getting through unless they rush bojorquez (hey wait a minute--call McD). -
Can he control the edge from his DL position and not take bad angles from the MLB position? And is he a space stuffer inside? If yes, I'm for it. I don't think this is a scheme issue.

The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19

California has the flattest curve of outbreak and one of the lowest per population infection rates. CA has done a better job than almost any state. We still all need to be open. It's frustrating to hear governors (including mine) mumbling about shutdowns in any way. -

The Titans are one of the best coached teams in football and were in the AFC Championship game last year. It's not like the Bills lost to the Jets. -

Bills offensive execution was not the issue last night, though the run O could be more effective. They had 5 drops, one for an INT, and how many pre-snap penalties? 6-7? 4 on wide receivers?!?! Josh did an excellent job taking what they were giving, and that was a lot of 7 yard passes. -

Shaq had good edge control. Last night no one did. -
This is unquestionably true. Her command of Supreme Court precedent is impressive.

Worth quoting. Phillips in particular brought a lot of attitude, which a defense needs. -

Unpopular take: The Phillips we kept isn’t good. -

Terrible throw on the second INT and another one at the end of the half but overall he was fine with a few passes off target. He was not spectacular but it didn’t matter. Steve Young at his best is losing that game. -

With 5 drops and a ton of pre snap penalties ph and zero run game, Josh got no help tonight. -
