  1. That was my immediate thought when I saw Reid's name. But look at the change in wording, from "after" to "before" a certain date. That is a significant change. I'm not a lawyer either, but you can not change contract language AFTER it has been approved. Reid appears to be right in this case.
  2. This version of Gin And Juice is way funkier than Snoop's version! Hayseed Dixie - Gin and Juice
  3. What a stupid post. GTFO.
  4. Posted outside a doctor's office:
  5. Sprechen sie Google?
  6. Thanks for the reply. I realize sharp metal pieces would not be good in the nose.
  7. Nope. "Tell Me" is a Rolling Stones song.
  8. Isn't it GREAT to have that confidence in your team's front office?! When you think about some of the scrubs the Bills have had at GM over the decades, it is truly refreshing to have Brandon Beane at the helm of the Bills.
  9. I saw an ad in a health magazine for a device called the CopperZap for $69.95. It is a piece of pure copper. They claim that swabbing each nostril for 60 seconds will kill off any viruses present. Hapless, any thoughts on this "copper kills viruses" info? I have some leftover copper wire which I may fashion into something like this.
  10. Hey, that is a good point. Do you suppose the Jets and Giants would like to share a generic NY logo, too? Somebody got paid for designing that stupid logo. Rams got ripped off.
  11. Maybe you should use some sort of instrument, rather than just your finger, to remove it.
  12. You don't even need to be speeding, you just have to get safely through the Border Patrol checkpoints, which may be located in your area if you are within 20 miles or so from the border. Doing homework is not one of Robinson's specialties, I guess.
  13. https://lsusports.net/news/2019/8/1/211808181.aspx BATON ROUGE – Two LSU standouts – both in the classroom and on the football field – have been awarded the No. 18 jersey as head coach Ed Orgeron presented center Lloyd Cushenberry III and outside linebacker K'Lavon Chaisson with the prestigious number on Thursday night. Cushenberry, a junior from Dutchtown High School in Carville, becomes the first offensive lineman to wear No. 18. Chaisson is a redshirt sophomore from North Shore High School in Houston. As an offensive lineman, the rules of college football prevent Cushenberry from actually wearing the No. 18 jersey so instead his No. 79 jersey will be accompanied by a No. 18 patch. Chaisson, who wore No. 4 a year ago, will wear No. 18 on the field.
  14. Good grief, don't you guys have any hobbies? I just can't imagine being bored these days. I am happy to be retired. Will your friend miss going to the salt mine (or whatever) every day? Plan to stay up late, sleep in, take naps, all kinds of options! Cheers!
  15. In these days of online job application, you might never actually speak to anyone until the interview (phone or in-person). I thought it would be cool to go in and do the Slingblade voice impression for the interview. "Ya got any french fried taters in yer cafeteria?" Admittedly, this would be hard to pull off (you need to do some voice impressions too), and not get thrown out. Age discrimination has enabled me to retire a few years sooner than expected. I LOVE not going to work everyday!
  16. Why not allow all 53 to be active for the GD Super bowl fer chrissake?! Put that in the stinkin' CBA.
  17. Except that one of his pupils is coaching the Titans, so that might soothe his mind (unfortunately).
  18. I miss some of the all-star games of old. The Blue-Gray Game was held on Christmas Day in Birmingham AL (I think). I used to think those people were especially dedicated to be doing it on Christmas. The Ricoh Japan Bowl was held in Japan. What a great fringe benefit for the top college players. There may be one or two minor all-star games left, but they seem hard to find.
  19. Yes, that is what the draft hounds are saying. Bills need 1 or 2 wide receivers, oh yeah.
  20. So Earl Gray Tea would be wrong. Oh wait, is it spelled TEE in England?
  21. He was great on that Bear Grylls adventure show - rapelling down cliffs, etc. He is a fun guy to watch. He did not look like he has much gas left in his tank, just no burst at all.
