  1. Gosh, your soooo right. No other team has traded there 1st rounder for a player. hmmmmmmmm.

Yes its a high pick, but why dont the fins LOVE the thought of adding a pro-bowl RB AND pick up a 2nd rounder when they need so much?

You need to study up on your draft pick values (not surprising since you're 12 yrs old)... there's no way that trade could happen. To move up to the #2 overall pick, it would take something like every Bills draft pick this year since we don't have a 1st rounder to give back. Go study the Ricky Williams draft day trade.

  2. Pittsburgh is going to get mauled next week no matter who they play.  If they play the Colts it's going to be ugly.

Man did they look pathetic today.

If it's Indy vs Pittsburgh, the Steelers could have one of those zero punt games. I mean, their offensive line versus Indy's small front 7? Mismatch.

  3. I definitely side with Abraham on this one. Look, he's injured, and if he plays it could get worse and cost him millions. Of course he sits. If the Jets had locked him long term before the season, maybe he risks it. But they didn't, and that's a choice they made while knowing that what's happening now is possible.

  4. Does anyone here get a funny feeling about this game based on the spread?

    Pats -2?

Looks like a line that screams to bet NE, but just based on that line, maybe this is the Colts time to get over the hump, who knows.

80-85% of the public bets have been placed on Indy so far... you know what that means... pack your bags for Pittsburgh, Patsies

  5. well, you can't perform much worse than the Broncos have, but I'm not sure the Bills would've been competitive either. Colts at home on that turf are amazing. The Bills have a very similar team to the Broncos. Right now the Colts are taking advantage of Denver's inaccurate, error-prone QB and a Denver pass rush that can't generate pressure without blitzing. That sounds similar to the Bills to be honest.

I think Buffalo might be able to run the ball better because our offensive line is bigger than Denver's and therefore we could better take advantage of Indy's small defensive line. Also, our second corner and our free safety are better than Denver's.

  6. Wade is a good DC but IMO he called a sh------- game yesterday... Where were the blitzes? It was obvious the 4 man rush wasn't going to touch Pennington... they allowed a guy with poor arm strength to scan the field, set his feet and drive into his throws rendering his suspect arm strength moot... It doesn't matter if Dustin Diamond is the opposing QB; if you're going to allow him that kind of a pocket, you'll get burned.

  7. ummm, yeah, hate to burst your bubble, but we DIDNT give up a damn #1 for losman...we gave up a #2 and a #5 for losman...last time i checked, between the 2004 and 2005 drafts, we had 2 1st round draft picks, as did the cowboys...we just used them both in 1 year...so no we didnt give up an f'in #1 for losman!!!!!!

We expended a 1,2, and 5 to get Losman. how's that?

  8. Exactly... Marty blew this game... again... geez, first he giftwraps a TD by walking onto the field, then to go ultraultraconservative when all he needed was another 5 to 10 yards to dramatically increase his chances of winning... wow

When it comes to FG kicking, the difference between 35 and 40 is probably the greatest 5 yard difference there is.
