What rankings are you looking at, i see 28th, 30th, and 30th for passing offense? Continues to progress? To me it seems like he regresses every year. How long will it take for him to finally develop? Are you hinting that he still hasnt been fully "unleashed"

2 stud pass rushers and a franchise qb always helps. They are playing great though, weapons all over the field on offense. I could see them beating out the chiefs for the division which would be great for us

Id keep shady and resign gaines , the rest i think are as good as gone plus a bunch more. Ducasse mills should be cut, have a feeling glenn will be traded. Preston brown and j matthews wont be resigned. Kwilliams will retire or go elsewhere. Gonna be a very different team next year which is a good thing

Not sure why some people are obsessed with tyrod being the qb, he has had 2 and a half years to prove himself and he has shown clearly that he is not a starting caliber qb. At this point a switch to peterman couldnt possibly have worse results. To the op, tyrod is staying in the pocket because the defenses are forces him to cause they know thats all they have to do to beat him. And how is tyrods deep throw one of his best attributes, i cant remember the last time he threw an accurate one. Everyone is out of bounds or way overthrown. His deep throws havent been good since his first year throwing to sammy.
