I would rather keep him at this point. If healthy we have 2 good tackles. Has a big contract but cap space shouldnt be a problem next year.
Compensation for players right now seems so low, we would probably only get a 5th.
But if you hit with a top qb you are set for the next decade atleast. Some teams get lucky but if you have good scouting and a good gm it will raise your percentages to "hit".
I would take him. Gives us our deep threat, be a lot cheaper than last year most likely, wont count against the comp formula. let matthews go and get a comp pick for him
Is there an article about how tyrod plays against playoff teams? 2 offensive tds in 7 games this year. He really comes up big in those important games.

They do it to unload a bad, longterm contract when you cant cut a player because of to much guaranteed money. Tyrod doesnt really hurt them if they just cut him
