Everyone was wrong last year but generally not when it comes to the Bills. They see a poorly built roster with Nathan Peterman likely the starter and a rookie who was over drafted as the heir apparent.

This is not a good team and everyone except some delusional Bills fans see it.

Over drafted according to who, you?

What happens when a fan is overly negative and says everything is terrible and bad, are they also delusional?

They draft Manuel and follow that up with Woods in round 2 and Goodwin in round 3. Give your young QB a chance to grow with young weapons. They also had an offensive line that was competent under Gailey and 2 running backs that were very good.

This year they draft Allen, had no 2nd round picks with that move, trade the pick at the top of round 3 so they can move up for a LB. They then use their other 3rd round pick on a DT and wait until round 6 to draft a gadget receiver. O line in shambles and pick a 30 year old Chris Ivory to complement McCoy.

They should have put McDermotts defensive ego aside and gotten this kid some targets to grow with and a line to block for when he eventually plays THIS SEASON.

Don’t you hate Allen and everything else about the bills anyways, why do you even care

That's a pretty solid take, except I don't think a trade of Peterman is necessarily in the cards, at least not immediately.  If there is an opportunity to trade a QB, it's probably for a draft pick.  I don't think the draft pick would be high enough that it would make the Bills want to forfeit the insurance they would have by carrying three QBs who all know the system and can play.  Injuries are just too frequent in the NFL.

The vikings gave up a 1st for bradford a few years back when bridgewater went down. You never know how desperate some teams might get when their starter goes down

Well, I guess you hope he will be properly taught, that is no guarantee.  Plus, you can't really teach accuracy, that's been proven many times over, with very few exceptions.  The odds are, the Bills will be looking for another franchise QB while a guy like Darnold is going to the playoff's every year.

I love when people complain about stuff that hasnt even happened yet. Another miserable bills fan who can predict the future

The fact is, though, that they are NOT on the Bills even though the Bills drafted them in the first round.  The Bills continue to be the NFL's premier farm team, developing top players for other teams, especially Super Bowl contenders like NE, Seattle and Philly.

Yolo used  2009-2016, so I used those same year parameters.

Being traded for a draft pick -- or allowed to walk away in FA -- seems to be the fate of virtually all the talented young  players the Bills have developed since Donahoe was fired whether they were first rounders or UDFA.  More than anything else, that's the reason why the Bills have made the playoffs only once in this entire century.

When you change coaches and gms every 2 to 3 years the rosters turnover increases alot. To say we are a farm team is ridiculous, we keep plenty of good players. All teams lose and dont resign some of their draft picks

It does not, I agree. They are rebuilding. This would probably have been his last year anyway, and he's missed games every season, plus the oline is new and if they keep Benjamin and he gets paid, he would likely be out anyway. Its not that hard to find a replacement next year, and given his prior history, and the fact that he already hired a lawyer that is communicating with the police, its hard to picture a future where he steps on the field again.

I don't think he will. Lots of folk think that I'm irrational for saying that, BTW.

So because he hired a lawyer he is guilty and wont play again? Does sound a little irrational
