I would argue that Kelvin Sheppard and Kiko Alonso were hits because they became valuable trade assets. Sheppard was traded 1-for-1 for Jerry Hughes and Kiko was traded 1-for-1 for Lesean McCoy. In my view these are hands down hits and doubly so because the front office had the sense to leverage these guys for top players on time. Yes, ended Favre's career and also put a huge hit on Brady after he left the Bills (but not huge enough)
