I guess that is where the faith in McDermott and his ability to actually coach the best talent and scheme out of his players comes into play. 6 wins out of that squad last year was something.

We are nothing if not optimists every damn year. When is the last time you truly think we had a team that you think seemed to have this level of talent? And also, why do only a few media pundits see it? Are we all wearing the proverbial red, white and blue glasses? https://billswire.usatoday.com/2019/05/01/mmqb-buffalo-bills-have-their-best-roster-in-years/

I know he is a great receiver, what do you know about his blocking?

Back to the OP. This is a great pick, guy has a huge motor and he's twitchy fast and if he was as strong as he seems, he is going to be a beast to stop. I think Star will also help as he will be clogging the lane allowing Oliver to penetrate. Plus I love the guy's attitude, he is so likable and honest and was so grateful and happy to be playing in Buffalo.

This video made me want to punch smug little McShay in the mouth. Little smug *****- Why wouldn't you watch every snap? So stupid, love him or hate him, at least Mel is doing the work. Takes about 45 min to watch each snap from a QB's year, you'd think they would do that for every first year QB to self-evaluate their own opinions from the previous year. McShay really lost some luster in that clip.

That would be soooo nice. But...I think 8 or 9 wins and a positive growth season would also be positive improvement and reason to stay the course. The team has to show they are trending up and be well coached. I like Warrow's many points-- there is a cohesiveness that I never recall at OBD--as much so or even more so than the glory years, of course, winning keeps the dogs at bay and proves the process...so let's hope that starts to occur...

They aren't cutting either one. We are going to be a run-heavy team and with ole' cannon arm back there, the defenses will have to stay honest. If the Bills are out of it, this is a possibility--- Buffalo Bills LeSean McCoy, RB No, this isn't because McCoy tweeted Avengers spoilers. I know Bills general manager Brandon Beane has suggested that McCoy is still the starter in Buffalo, but I'm skeptical that he'll make it through the 2019 season in upstate New York. He will enter the final year of his five-year, $40 million deal, and the Bills invested in running backs this offseason by signing Frank Gore and T.J. Yeldonbefore drafting Devin Singletary in the third round. McCoy will have about $3.3 million in base salary left on his deal when the trade deadline approaches; unless the Bills are in playoff contention, it wouldn't be shocking to see McCoy moved at the end of October. Could a reunion with Andy Reid make sense if the Chiefs are struggling with injuries at halfback?

If this has been posted, sorry about that-- Enjoy - this kid has a little Thurman Thomas in him and he plays faster than his combine, though not terrible @ 4.66 I think, and he plays bigger than he is, he is not at all easy to bring down. His field vision is like old Thurman.

"The Bills are winning this Draft" - Per Matt Miller

Really tho he gave up one pick, they swapped our 4th for their 3rd. We had to give a 4th to make it happen. -

I think that the steelers should have given AB and picks to take that nimrod off their hands! -

PFT Mock: It's Burns aAt #9
foreboding replied to OldTimeAFLGuy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the Bills are trading out unless someone elite drops. I think either direction, up or down. Burns or Jonah seem like risky picks at 9 or at least do not hold the value you'd like. Ive been saying this for months...9 could be no mans land. -

Desean Watson? His style is nothing like Lamar Jackson. Zero similarity except same color and can run... watson is a pass first qb with great accuracy. Jackson is a one truck pony. He runs...well.
