  1. Went BPA with every pick here. 54 was tough with a lot of good options available. Makes me really excited that see what Brand does there. This draft is pretty unrealistic in the sheer number of offensive guys, but can you imagine how good our playmakers could be next year, and in the future? Diggs, Brown, Bease, Pittman, and Gandy-Golden is a helluva top5. I think we would keep McKenzie and Roberts. Akers + Singletary is a nice 1-2 punch, and there is a lot of potential between Knox and Okwuegbunam. 54 Michael Pittman Jr. , WR 86 Cam Akers , RB 128 Albert Okwuegbunam , TE 167 Shaquille Quarterman , LB 188 Antonio Gandy-Golden , WR 207 Lamar Jackson , CB 239 A.J. Green , CB
  2. You want running back that was a healthy scratch on the only team that took a running back in the first round. Pass.
  3. That's fairly bold, considering neither are probable to make it to 54.
  4. I think he can be a great 3, potentially a really good 2. Is that worth 22 overall? Probably not.
  5. Either way, it's a good trade for the Niners. Adding a pick and likely getting the same player they would have taken.
  6. In TSW 3.0 the 49ers traded that pick as well, I'll count that as a win.
  7. Thanks @Virgil @BuffaloHokie13and @whatdrought for all the work that you put into this. Also, thanks to all the owners for continually checking to get your picks in on time. Wonderful draft all!
  8. The 49ers are looking to move up.
  9. An impossible draft, but I would love it.
  10. Few different players I like here. Highsmith, Ojemudia, Wallace, Moss. I like Quarterman, but want him in the 5th. I went with Highsmith.
  11. There seems to be no consensus on where he will go. (3-6) I would love to grab him in the fourth.
  12. I would feel that it was perfectly legitimate. If we were good enough to win the superbowl, we would be good enough to make the playoffs in a regular season, anyways, so that is not really changed.
  13. Went BPA, and ended up with 3 recievers. Overall, A decent draft. 54 Kyle Dugger , S Lenoir-Rhyne 86 Bryce Hall , CB Virginia 128 Van Jefferson , WR Florida 167 Lamical Perine , RB Florida 188 Antonio Gandy-Golden , WR Liberty 207 Jauan Jennings , WR Tennessee 239 Darryl Williams , IOL Mississippi State
  14. Pretty hilarious how bad this mock is. I would love it, even though we didn't get much for playmakers, but it would never happen.
  15. I doubt it. The Niners have 0 picks in the 2-4 rounds, and probably want at least a pick or 2 in there. They need a new starting guard, a decent receiver, and an impact DL. They need another early pick for that. I suspect they want to move down from 31 to aquire some, should they not aquire them through player trades. They have trouble selling 31, though. I suspect they take a WR or possibly one of the OT at 13.
  16. With the 71st overall pick in the 2020 NFL draft, the San Francisco 49ers select Ashtyn Davis, S, California. We believe we filled all of our immediate holes in the draft, and took the best player left on our board. This also helps our future, as virtually our whole secondary are becoming free agents next year. @Just Joshin'' and the Arizona Cardinals are on the clock.
  17. I see Helaire and Chinn were found to have Tunsil like draft goofs in this mock.
  18. As in current Josh Allen? Or Josh Allen's ceiling?
  19. That may be, but in reality, no player from the 20s would make an all-time team. We have far better training and nutrition now than we did then. Athletes were not as athletic as they are now due to that.
  20. If you drink half a gallon of water, thatll add 8 pounds. Easily doable. Putting on 10 pounds for a smaller Lb isn't a bad idea.
  21. What are the best names in this year's draft? To start us off: Tyler Biadasz Joey Magnifico Who do you got?
  22. They were already out, we had a thread about him previously. (Becton was new to me) Allegedly, Baun just drank too much water in attempt to weigh in higher, which made his urine test give off the diluted result- which means that they couldn't determine if he was using due to there being too much water in his system.
  23. Zack Baun, I believe, did not pull a moronic move. His problem was that he drank too much water in attempt to artificially raise his weight and draft stock. This caused his urine sample to be dilluted, which is a yellow flag, as it is a way to not get caught with certain drugs. Now it could be that he is lying about the purpose of drinking the water, but we don't know that. Innocence until proven guilty and all that.
  24. With the 41st overall pick, the 49ers select Justin Madibuike, DL, Texas A&M. There were better players available at running back and wide receiver, but being very, very deep at Rb, and already taking a Wr in round one discouraged taking either of those positions so high. We went with Justin Madibuike to help mitigate some of the damage of losing Deforest Buckner. At this point in the draft, there is a lot of inconsistency around player values. Madibuike tends to be around 40, so this pick fills a need, and is reasonable value. @aristocrat and the Jaguars are on the clock. Side note: Aristocrat and the Jaguars sounds like a girl-band name to me.
  25. Well, I guess either way I played it, I wouldn't have gotten both Biadasz and Davidson. He would have been my next pick.
