I just can’t see the Jaguars coming out with a victory. They’re not giving up that first pick.
They have the first pick regardless of winning or losing.

The bills have been undefeated (9-0) for every game I have worn a specific bills jacket for the whole game.

Okay, the statement you had seemed to be implying the sole reason backing it up was the 2020 bills, glad you have more substantial evidence 👍

It means there is no correlation (and never has been) of penalties with winning football games.
This one example means no correlation?

I said it upthread and I’ll repeat it again. Knox is growing on me. If for no other reason he gave us the meme of the century with his toe-drag in front of Belichick and then Billy’s verbal and physical phone assault. That was THE moment in the Bills season where us fans knew the tides had turned.
I wouldn’t say that was THE moment where we knew the tides had turned, I would say it was much earlier. This isn’t even the first time we’ve made Belichick throw technology, I seem to remember him throwing a tablet during one of our games.

We lose to Dolphins and Steelers win out.
Yeah the Browns not making it to the Playoffs makes it illegitimate. 🙄
If we win out, colts win, browns win, and titans lose, we would face the titans in the first round.

OK, make it through with both picks. This week is a 2-pick weekend. I'm taking the Bears over the Jags (the Jags tweeted-out after the Jets beat the Rams that Christmas came early for them, so I'm sure they're losing the rest of their games) with both picks, but the others I need help with:
SF or ARi
Car or WFT
Den over LAC
Cin or Hou
I expect Arizona and Washington to win, they are both fighting for a playoff spot while Carolina and San Fran are not. Washington would probably be the one I pick though.

Put it this way. Put Josh on the Chiefs with Kelce and Tyreek and Watkins and the running game and he puts up the numbers and wins that Mahomes does.
You could say the same thing about Deshaun Watson who is averaging a yard per attempt more than Allen with lesser talent. I love Josh Allen, but I don’t think you can call him THE best quarterback in the league. In the conversation for the best, sure. But there really isn’t enough evidence to call him the best.

Little early to declare that.

The two free activations and send back down without waivers I believe was a COVID rule.
I thought I remembered it as part of the new CBA, so I looked it up.
The rule was in the CBA, and not a rule implemented due to covid.

Miami will always be the #1 enemy for Bills fans. The 20 straight losses in the 70's as well as the Kelly-Marino years when the rivalry really heated up. For me personally living in NJ its the Jets but most Bills fans will tell you Miami tops the hated list. I hate the Pats as well with Belichick and Brady dominating the Bills so its nice to see the Pats struggle this year. As I mentioned in games like this root for whatever benefits the Bills. I have a feeling it won't matter as Buffalo will take care of business on Saturday.
As a young fan who wasn’t alive for any of that, the Patriots absolutely are the #1 enemy for me. Sure I know about the history, but it doesn’t affect me nearly as much as having to watch the patriots beat down the Bills just about twice a year growing up.

You mean like the Packers with Love...
1 hour ago, GunnerBill said:We don't know yet that was a mistake. Let's allow the kid to take a few snaps before we write him off.....
Love was not drafted because of Josh Allen. Josh Allen had not even shown to be a franchise Qb by the time that Love was drafted. I don’t think Allen was even a driver in the decision to draft Love.

Maybe my mind just fabricated this, but I believe the practice squad players that could be activated for game day was not a Covid rule, and was just a new rule that was being added.

And Brady??? For real?
My list (so absolute authority lol)
Mahomes
Rodgers
Watson
Allen
Wilson
It seems to me that PFF puts extremely high value on decision making for Qb, rather than execution of those decisions. I think the execution tends to be more important however.

Kind of wild to be saying that when JC Jackson leads the NFL with 8 picks, 2 more than the season leaders last year.

I thought that too, but just looked. The first tie breaker in a 3 way tie is head to head win percentage. KC didn't play Pitts, so there'd be no way to pass KC in a tie breaker.
That only applies if all 3 teams have played each other I believe.
16 minutes ago, Generic_Bills_Fan said:Take this with a grain of salt im only 75% sure this is correct lol I think they use the wildcard tiebreaking rules to determine home field for division winners...so the head to head is not applicable since all three teams didn't play each other and you'd drop down to conference win percentage...if we won out we'd have two conference losses and kc would have 3 so that would eliminate them leaving only pitt and we have the head to head over pitt
Why would KC have 3 in conference losses? They would have to drop 2 of their last 4 games to make it to 13-3, and their last four games are dolphins, saints, falcons, and chargers. I would think one of those 2 losses would be to the saints if they were going to drop 2.

Why can’t we get McKenzie out in space like Tyreek Hill? i get he’s not world class speed but he fast and it seems like we could use him more.
There’s a large difference between an elite receiver in the NFL and a decent #5 receiver.

Huh. I was listening to the beginning of the game on the radio, and they said Levi Wallace was starting and Josh Norman was inactive. Guess that they were wrong then?

No, he was inactive.
edit: nvm, I guess he was active.

I think Detroit is not a valid answer because they do Thanksgiving football, people would notice that change...
