Whatdrought - That's what I think. Everything is way faster and tighter coverages in the NFL. And the guy played in a sub tier conference. He should have dominated in that league. What do you think about that?

Get your head out of the sand.

Are you implying the coaches have no say in the draft and Beane will act independently of McDerrmott? Get real.

A lot of NFL coaches look at the physical traits and tell themselves that can turn a player into something he is not. I think that applies with Josh Allen. I hope we stay away from him. Numbers aren't everything but they're not nothing. The sad part of it is that, completely healed and Brady throwing to him, he'll be an MVP candidate next year.

Baker Mayfield won’t attend NFL draft
Irv replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd go fishing -
I'd like to see Tebow power slam Johnny Football through a burning table.
-
LVE...not sure where we take him but, our next bryce paup
Irv replied to billsredneck1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bryce Paup was only good beacause he played on the same side as Bruce who was normally quadruple teamed. Romanowski should be power slammed through a burning table. Irv has spoken. -
Jordan Matthews was on the Bills this year?
-
Dumb point. All the teams were worried about the USFL. He also had a major shoulder injury leading up to the draft. You probably didn't know that. Your point is dumb. If these guys are so great, then why are most of the draft experts saying that all 5 or 6 of them will sit a year behind a veteran?
-
Blasphemy! You know - that is not as crazy as it sounds. Look at he Big Ben, Peyton, that guy from New England. Maybe I'm nuts. Great post. Great post!
-
Tim Couch's mom. Weak attempt at humor. I'd probably hold my breath and fall to the floor. Soil myself. Wake up in a pool of my own urine and vomit. What will be your point/rant if we draft one of these dudes and she plays like another EJ Manuel/JP Lossman?
-
You take that back! Sincerely, The Widow Couch

Folks are missing the point. There is no clear number one and there is NO WAY all of them are can't miss. Luck, Elway, Manning, Newton were all no doubt #1 picks in the first round. These 5-6 guys - you could throw there names in the hat and not worry because nobody stands out. Too much QB euphoria.
-
You know, that's not a bad idea! I like the way you think. Not really. I'm more of a CD and MP3 type.

This is sick. There are no obvious Kelly's, Elway's, Luck's, P. Manning's, Newton's, in this draft. Too many folks are QB drunk. That includes a lot of folks on this board. When the draft is so clearly unknown in the top 1-10 that has to tell you that these QB's are not like the premier guys from the past. I trust OBD brass to know that. What do you think?
-
At this point in his career I think I'd rather have Thurgood Marshall.
-
Wow. What a sh*t storm I created. Two hot messes get a lot of attention I guess. Don't think Johnny Football deserves the sudden attention. He sucks.
-
I Totally Agree. Sincerely, Punctuation

Lousy track record. He's a known addict and abuser. He throws for a pro day. Now he's on a dozen web sites speculating which NFL team will sign him. I can't stand Kaepernick, but if Manziel is signed and he is not - it would confirm that there is an NFL blacklist.
