    Unlike other years when we had dimwits running the show, I have total and absolute trust in Beane and his team. If they trade the farm or keep the picks I have faith that they know what they are doing. Really looking forward to the draft and seeing who we get with total confidence in the outcome. They proved it last year and they are going to prove is again this week.

    Allen is walking out to "Tweet it" by Michael Jackson or something by Tweetloaf. Tweeter Gabriel is always an option. Maybe "Tweet Child o' Mine". But I'd probably go with something from Springsteen and the E Tweet Band.

    I met a soldier who had his arm and leg blown off in combat. He gave a talk at a conference and showed a video of the firefight where he lost his limbs. Definitely had an impact on me. Hard equate a fat slob, in sweatsuit, picking athletes from a list, spilling pizza and wings on himself - with war.

    With the draft coming up, I hear the term "war room" a lot and think of heroes who have fought, been killed, or maimed in an actual war. Overly politically correct? Probably. But I wouldn't mind never hearing that again.
